The metal gate I need is 68 X 28 inches. He stated his daily fee is $448 plus materials. I told my my late father was a welder and I was his helper. Tree Masters responded promptly, conducted a professional evaluation of my property, clearly explained their findings, and confirmed there was nothing that required immediate attention. There were no scare tactics, no pressure, and no attempt to sell unnecessary services--just honest expertise. What concerns me most is that I've noticed reviews online from people who appear to have confused Florida Tree Masters with Tree Masters. When it came to pay, I was presented with an invoice for $400 instead of the agreed $300. The invoice listed $300 for parts and $100 for labor, though labor was never previously discussed with Chris. After some back-and-forth, I was told there would be no warranty on anything. I wrote a $300 check as promised. The repair person did quality work, but I was frustrated that I had to pay for correcting an original installation mistake. I expected the company to stand behind its work. They stand behind nothing and use unprofessional tactics to make you feel dirty every time they leave. Check the BBB rating.
