We called her back two days later after checking prices for a new 2026 Crown. Their price was almost $1K less. Deal done. Now, the showroom. Beautiful! Could hang out there just for the coffee maker bd my wife is hooked on the hot chocolate. Haven't had service yet, but peeked inside and the maintenance garage was spotless too! Very happy with our decision.

"oh, im sorry, i never got your voice mail,, we've been having problems with our phone system" (melissa) .. then nov. 17, 2025 (haas) , sure mr. D., we'll get that extended warranty canceled for you right away sir ...NEVER happened..i called toyota financial weeks later and a very kind young man helped me through the process just in time. he was honest enough to tell me the reason it was delayed and never cancelled was the finance sales team WANTED THIER COMMISSION $$..( lets screw the customer!!!) I reached out to sales manager Tim regarding my expirience at mcgee, he was polite , then proceeded to do absolutely nothing ! Remember the saying " a fish stinks from the head down" ?? we'll there you have it! oh, forgot to mention i'm in new york. i left ct. with a paper licence plate... Not to worry they sais " WE( mcgee toyota) will send your plates and registration in 30 days". i got a phone call at the 11th hour ( day 28) stating they made a miscalculation on fee's collected for registration. Mcgee needs $393.38 more $$ before we can send you the plates..( holding my plates and registration hostage for more $ knowing my temporary plate is about to expire! ) i could go on because there is more but you get the point . i will say josh , my salesperson was helpfull, courteous and kind . i hope he has moved on to a better position elsewhere...

Everyone who worked there was super helpful and personable. My car was done in under 2 hours. They didn't clean the vehicle or update the tire pressure, but that's ok! I told my husband it sounded like Darth Vader was in the dashboard . I was told by the service dept it would be over 800.00 to diagnose it and fill the freon. I said I questioned a leak. They said no. There was no leak. I said I didn't understand how we could have this issue after 2 years. They said it was normal maintenance. I had a Nissan pathfinder from 2006-2019 and only had to fill the Freon once. They again said it was normal maintenance. Then again 2.5 years later the darth Vader sounds returned and the AC wasn't cold. Again they said thing happened. They said no leak and filled the Freon over 800.00 again. (I do have an extended warrant.) But they said it's normal maintenance. well here we are again 2 yrs later which will be 3x my ac makes psst hissing darth Vader sounds and AC not cold. I called again upset and explained the whole thing to Dana and how I believed there is a leak and I'm upset that I've already paid over 1600.00 and this keeps happening. before I could even make an appointment Dana is saying again this is normal maintenance and that it would be over 800.00 . I tried to stay firm and said I believed they were missing an issue and filling it again will only lead to this happening again. I believed there was a small leak they were missing. All Dana did was repeat herself that this is normal and they had another customers car that was 2 yrs old with the same issue and needing Freon and it happens all the time. This is ridiculous . I refused to make an appointment with them and brought my car to the Jeep dealer on RT 6 in a Johnston. Wellll funny same issue 3x and this dealer in Johnston RI found a tiny leak in my AC condenser which was covered by my extended warranty and was only a 200.00 deductible cost for me. So needless to say I will not bring my car Back to this Putnam Jeep KIA dealer and I will not buy another car from them. Tasca Jeep on Rt 6 in Johnston RI now has my trust and will get any future business from us and will get our recommendation to family and friends.

Brought my 2014 ATS Cadillac to Cargill telling them I had someone else work on it and couldn't…read moreresolve the problem. Cargill said no problem they would fix it. First time they worked on it said it was fixed $1206.00. Had to bring it back same day same problem. The second time we picked it up they said it was fixed 1465.00 NOT FIXED. Brought it back the same day a few hours later. We canceled payment because 2 times they said again it was fixed. We told them if it wasn't fixed this time we were not going to pay until it was fixed right.Now they refused to work on it until we paid the 2nd bill for a repair that didn't resolve the problem which the same mechanic stated he fixed Twice. They would not give me back my car until the bill was paid. So foe a total $2671.00 later and car is still doing what it did when we first brought it in to them. Their excuse is someone else worked on it. DO NOT GO TO CARGILL FOR ANY MECHANIC WORK. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LYING CROOKS. AND CHARGED US TWICE FOR DIAGNOSTIC TEST WHICH WHEN ASKED WHY CHARGE US A SECOND TIME ANDREW SAID OH WE DID NOT DO IT THE FIRST TIM. ANOTHER LIE. STATES RIGHT ON FIRST BILL TEST WAS DONE.

Then the next day I get a call from a completely different person, Sean, who had decided he was going to take over the sale. Anyways, I had found a truck I was highly interested in. We test drove it together twice. I found a few little things wrong with the truck and had told Sean, but still made it known I wanted to continue on with this truck. After test driving it the second time he told me it was being put on hold for me while we got the finance aspect taken care of. I didn't receive any calls or messages after that day and the truck was sold out from under me without even having the decency to reach out to me. Only knew from when I saw the truck driving around weeks later. My in-laws went through a similar situation with him. Wouldn't have been a big deal if he would've just called or kept me updated.
