Brought my 2014 ATS Cadillac to Cargill telling them I had someone else work on it and couldn't resolve the problem. Cargill said no problem they would fix it. First time they worked on it said it was fixed $1206.00. Had to bring it back same day same problem. The second time we picked it up they said it was fixed 1465.00 NOT FIXED. Brought it back the same day a few hours later. We canceled payment because 2 times they said again it was fixed. We told them if it wasn't fixed this time we were not going to pay until it was fixed right.Now they refused to work on it until we paid the 2nd bill for a repair that didn't resolve the problem which the same mechanic stated he fixed Twice. They would not give me back my car until the bill was paid. So foe a total $2671.00 later and car is still doing what it did when we first brought it in to them. Their excuse is someone else worked on it. DO NOT GO TO CARGILL FOR ANY MECHANIC WORK. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LYING CROOKS. AND CHARGED US TWICE FOR DIAGNOSTIC TEST WHICH WHEN ASKED WHY CHARGE US A SECOND TIME ANDREW SAID OH WE DID NOT DO IT THE FIRST TIM. ANOTHER LIE. STATES RIGHT ON FIRST BILL TEST WAS DONE. read more

Highly recommend this dealership, the Sales Mgr Tony and the salesman Moises were outstanding!! I was shopping for a used luxury SUV and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent diversified inventory that they had to choose from including American and foreign models such as Cadillac XT5s, a few different Mercedes models, BMWs, Acura, Audi, Volvo, and more!! I wasn't sure what SUV make or model that I wanted so I was very pleased how patient and informative that Tony and Moises were!! They spent several hours with me, let me test drive several vehicles, let me take one of the SUVs home overnight and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. It wasn't an easy decision because I liked one of the Cadillacs, a Mercedes GLE 350 with very low miles and a BMW X5! I ended up selecting a 2018 Volvo XC 90 T6 Momentum, it is absolutely loaded with options, still has some of the warranty remaining, the price was very reasonable and I received an excellent price for my trade!! They stared working on an expensive fix without getting my okay and when I told them to stop, put the car back together and let me leave.... they had to. They wasted my time. Came here for a new or newer vehicle with a 2005 jeep grand chareokee as a trade in ....they cheaped out on the trade in and didn't want to go any lower on the prices of there vehicles. They shot me to how many financing companies and now I have almost 10 hard inquires because of this dealership. Please go else where with your money!! read more

I paid cash for a used 2010 Honda Civic at this dealership. The car only had 28,000 miles on it, but when it was delivered to my Connecticut home, tank on empty, the 2 front tires had about 100,000 miles of wear on them and the 2 back tires were mismatched, although they had decent tread. I returned to the dealership and made them replace the 2 front tires, but wish I had asked them for all 4 tires since I had to replace the other 2 myself a month later because the car handled so badly. 6 months after my purchase, I decided to subscribe to "Sirius" radio. There was an antenna already in place on the car's roof and "Sirius" radio stickers on the windows, but when I gave "Sirius" the radio serial #, I was told it wasn't a compatible radio! So, they also switched out the radio before I got the car???? I had to buy a portable radio to get this service! Don't buy a used car from this dealership, women especially, BEWARE! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will pressure you into getting into a car and then lie to you to get more money. Their "auto butler" is not a deal, every time you want to use the service you prepaid for they charge you an additional fee on top of that. Have an issue and need to talk to customer service? Forget about it they will ignore you, no matter how many attempts you make to contact them. Haven't had my car for 2 years from this dealership and I ran into numerous problems within the first year. My brakes needed to be replaced within the first few months, my muffler fell off after 6 months, it was all rotted out. This dealership is atrocious! While Moises, our sales rep was great, the service dept lacks common courtesy and decency. Very disappointed in them.

Cargill Chevrolet is one of the worst dealers I've been too! Not only do they not listen to a thing a customer says, promise that there giving you a deal of a life time; and they can't even get simple paperwork correct even after being told hundreds of times, plus they'll lowball you on your trade and damage it while "test driving" it and deny all fault even after having time stamped emails of the vehicle with no damage 13 hours prior to them touching it. And to top it all off there sales manager is a real piece of work. I don't think I've ever met anyone more ignorant and rude to someone who pays their salery! Ive only bought 3 cars in my life this was far and beyond the worst experience. The car had to keep going back and forth from MA to CT to fix the paint job at the end of the day the paint looks like it was touched up by a child. The sales man Karl T. didn't let me know the paint on the car was in poor condition, the car didn't have floor mats and that I would be charged just under $500 for delivery of a used car. Because of Carl's mistakes the service manager, customer service and someone in finance had to apologize for all the mistake. Jerre also seemed unable to handle his job. It might be worth spending a couple hundred extra on a dealer that can handle auto sales. read more

Went to look at a used car (2015 grand cherokee) the car had a fog light out, the heated steering wheel did not work and the adjustable air ride suspension did not work until the car was started a second time. The sales associate was a nice kid his name was John however the "manger" Bob was an Extremely Rude Asshat. He came over and didn't even introduce himself and asked why I didn't want to buy the vehicle. I asked what his name was and he simply said "Bob" old Bobby then proceeded to be extremely pushy as to why I didn't want to buy this vehical that I found 3 significant defects with and gave me an attitude that I have never recieved from any respectable sales person across any industry. He insulted me and said that I wasn't serious about buying a vehicle so he didn't know why I was there. (Mind you I drove an hour to look at this vehicle). I left upset and extremely fristrated that I had wasted my time. I do not recommend cargill and I hope Bob gets shitcanned. read more
