On board flight personnel were pleasant and professional. Only drawback are the total amount of flights available from LGA - St Louis, and the small cramped planes on this route. Both flights were those small commuter sized planes with two seats on either side, small overhead luggage pods, and barely enough head space to clear the top of the plane. If you're claustrophobic this might be a problem for some. Otherwise, both flights were on time and Delta does a good job.

Waited on the phone for the chat and then was told they couldn't help me after waiting 3 hours I explained to the woman that they're 800 number was not working it was disconnecting and that's why they were being overwhelmed with s**** and she didn't care because she said she was offshore and the last statement she made was well we're working hard here we need to help other people I need to talk to someone in person and they need to know that their phone is not operating correctly it's disconnecting people I have a lot of issues with American that I need to discuss with them

I'm actually quite HAPPY that United now flies directly to Decatur and I don't have to fly in a Cessna. I'll take a micro jet ANY day. LOL Everyone was extremely pleasant at the gate, thru security and even through all of the problematic issues some guests were having, they were just pleasant. I had to thank the lady at the gate because she kept her composure on even the entire time. Can't wait to fly home again!

Terminal 2 at St Louis Lambert International Airport has a decent selection of restaurants and little shops. Plus it is pretty easy to navigate.

The ability to use iMessage and WhatsApp for free once I connected to the in-flight WiFi was a bonus. My primary reason for giving Southwest Airlines only 2 stars is because of this airline's pricing tactics and in my experience, non-existent customer service. I went on Southwest's website and found flights I wanted, only to get an error when I attempted to book and pay. When I immediately tried to re-book just seconds later, the price per ticket for the same itinerary had increased significantly. Southwest customer service was no help when I contacted them, and replied to my messages with seemingly pre-written and "canned" responses that didn't actually address my reason for reaching out.

This place sucks. The agents suck, the weather sucks. The set up sucks. The airplanes suck…read more The agents are really not just unpleasant and ambivelant, they are downright hostile and grumpy. And on this trip I was just picking up my suitcase who got to fly while I road the Peoria Charter Coach across middle Illinois. The last time I tried to fly out of there the agent flat out lied to me and I ended up stuck over night in Atlanta. It was the same agent I got my luggage from this trip. Prior to being stuck in Atlanta, I was stuck at this place for 7 hours. Not because I missed my flight, but because if a drop of water drips someplace in Peoria, they refuse to fly. The linchpin of every trip I've taken there. If you can avoid trying flying into or out of Peoria on American Eagle. Please do. You'll be happier in so many ways.

It seems…read morethe rate of delays is always at an average of 60% (I actually looked it up at some point, I think domestic US flights are all about that range) and the planes always seem to be very claustrophobic and not the most comfortable in the world. Their fleet seems to be getting more on the old side and domestic flights don't seem to offer a lot of nice planes. Do I recommend? I mean they are right on par with any other US based airline company. They have their good, they have there negatives, and I'm sure, as you can see from other reviews, there are swinging pendulums on whether people have good or bad experiences on American.

Airlines in my opinion should start from back to front which would cut alot of time of bumping and knocking ppl around trying to get to your seat.
