Gate attendants were incredibly condescending, impatient, just rude. 8 of us traveling together, one a pregnant woman. The response we received about not having time for bathroom breaks or food was "you should be prepared for that" while we understand the accountability in our part, with such a close connection that the airline booked for us was a joke! We nearly missed our flight! Zero opportunity to purchase food in flight. Just a disappointing experience for all of us. We've never flown America Airlines, and never will again!

Small airports rock! Third star for having nonstop service to Los Angeles in addition to the local service the Denver, unlike DL and AA that only serve Salt Lake and Phoenix. Fourth Star for being one of the few routes that is not filled to the last seat. Planes are usually half full so there is a good chance to spread out. Fares tend to be low, as demand is low. No fifth star as UA Express only uses tiny CRJ-200 on this route that have the smallest seats. No first class cabin either.

This airport is far out there, takes about ten or fifteen minutes to get into St George proper. Not a bad experience at all, but not one of the better small airports I've encountered either.
