Being new to St. George, not knowing who flies where out of St. George…read morevs. Las Vegas, etc., I didn't want to book a one-day trip back to Southern California on my own, so I relied on Tom Trent to arrange shuttle service to Las Vegas and a round trip to Ontario (flying out of St George to LAX wouldn't work for my purposes) for a small and very reasonable fee. On the day of my trip, all went well on the way down, but my business was done hours ahead of schedule, so I called Tom to see if I could get home sooner than planned. He looked up earlier flights and shuttle trips and advised me on making the changes, which resulted in a much sooner return and more sleep that night. I recommend Tom as a friendly, knowledgeable, professional travel agent who's available when you need something "on the fly."

(note, the earlier explanation was not about credits, it was about the cost of the cruise itself). The credit in question was a $200 credit offered to some of the cruise group and not others. I was trying to find out why. Clearly, the answer is that I booked later than the rest of the group. I think that information could have been communicated with a lot less condescension. ***** I recall I explained this earlier. It's about when you book, whether a promo is going on or not. So it sounds to me that you received $100 and that's what was available to give you at the time of your booking. Everyone got $50 as part of the group, and everyone got my gift of $50, the rest was what was offered at the time they booked the cruise and they all pretty much booked at the same time. the only way I could have made it the same was to pay out of my own pocket which is not how to run any business. The great thing about the tour guides is that they offer an experience, you don't just get to see the beautiful scenery and hike all day, the tour guides explain how everything started with the pioneers and you get to learn the story behind each sight. It strengthens your knowledge and experience overall. Of course you will get to hike and enjoy yourselves. The tour in itself is awesome, we got ours on Groupon. The only advice I will give is do not do the package deal that includes The Inn at St. George. Look for another hotel in St. George with better reviews or better yet, if you take your own car stay the night in a town that is close to the place that you will be hiking. You have many options instead of staying at that hotel.
