Last time i booked from PR to BWI and they cancelled the flight because once again.. it was delayed in PR as usual. So when i went to the clerks to talk about what they're going to do to compensate at least a hotel room. They said they aren't doing anything about it. Don't ever book here. Save yourself the headache.

I have sent in a request to Yelp to have "CLOSED" removed. I've flown in and out of JIA quite a few times using Southwest and I've always had a really great experience. Because I'm disabled, I'm always allowed to board first. When landing here, I am last to come off the plane because they have to get my wheelchair. The stewardesses/stewards are always really helpful and are willing to assist me in any way that I need with a smile. It's greatly appreciated. I just go back and forth from Jackson to Orlando, so my flights are pretty shorty... Only about an hour and 15 minutes. I've always been quite comfortable on the flights and have no complaints. I'll continue to use Southwest, especially since they generally have the lowest fares, and also because they don't charge to check luggage.

They recognized this ahead of boarding and moved my seat to first class. The only down side to the move was that it separated my wife and I who were flying together. We understand that minor failures happen and they more than made up for the inconvenience. Thank you again American for your ability to adapt and make the best out of a difficult situation.

I planned a trip for 12 people to travel to Turks & Caicos for my birthday. 3days before they emailed and offer to change the flight at no additional cost if we wanted. I said no. The day of my trip two hours before the flight they cancelled the flight and put us on a flight that didn't leave until the day after the original flight, instead of putting us on the flight that left out 2 hours prior to our original flight. I lost money on the Airbnb, the chef, excursions and they didn't offer any compensation. I went back and forth through emails because it's impossible to get agents on the phone and they then offered 1 person not even myself, the one they were going back and forth with 5000 point which is equivalent to nothing and 1 $50 voucher which they never sent. When I reached back out to speak to a manager I was told I was already compensated and they wouldn't be compensating me anything other than the 5000 points. They refuse to escalate this to a manger and this has been going back and forth since September of 2024. Over the weekend I unfortunately utilized this service again and the booked a connection flight we landed at 7:20am in Dallas and the connecting flight was boarding at 7:25am. We had to run through the airport and take the tram as well to get through our flight before it took off. I am not sure whom I need to speak to but I will continue to let it be known of the poor service that American Airlines offers along with poor planning and lack of customer service!

    What a great hotel that is located in a perfect location for shopping and dining. The rooms were clean and a good size. Loved that they had a refrigerator and microwave. I exercised both days I was there and was the only person in there, which was nice. I wish they would turn the machines to face the tv though. Almost all gyms have the machines facing the tv so you can watch it while exercising. The outdoor area and pool were nice. Apparently they have a free continental breakfast, but told us that was not available given the holiday, which was disappointing. The prices were decent. I would definitely return.
