    Took a flight to Dublin from EWR in business class. Had a lovely time. There was some difficulty finding online images of the expected meal entrees for in flight dining, but was happy with what I received. Their updated planes allotted an experience of actual full sleep as well which I was not expecting. Really enjoyed the updated travel bags provided with a facial mist to keep your nerves at ease, a dental kit, sleep mask, slippers and tissues. The meals in business are served with chilled flatware and they had good weight to them. Included are the images of the French chicken breast entree and the morning Greek yogurt.

    The kiosk were easy to use. Staff were helpful. They processed our papers quickly which checking our luggage. They told us which gate to look for. We were ready to go through security and all was good.

    The new area is better actually got in through security really quickly. Check the bag no problem even though well so far Wright. I haven't gotten in a plane and certainly haven't taken off yet nor landed, but I am so far so good on United today.

    I've been flying with United Airlines for awhile since and wanted to try it again despite the unbelievably low reviews from the public. I paid extra for a seat that showed only two sets at the back but when I was on board, it actually was a three seater row? The chicken sandwich was stale and chewy and didn't expect it to be that bad. Our flights from NY to Los Angeles was delayed twice and seating was extra slow with staff being rude to their passengers? Wow! There was NO TV on the 777 and we have to use our own equipment wt, laptop and IPad and IPhones to access their flight entertainment. The pilot promised to a th up on the flight to be able to arrive on time to compensate for the actual delay but didn't actually happen. I have to cancel my Uber and pay extra to book another one? I'm really disappointed with UA, hope that they do better in the future and be more competitive with other airlines who have evolved in serving their customers and passengers better. UA should find ways to appease their customers and passengers when they fail to deliver excellent service because time is a critical component of living and moving...

    Terminal A at Newark Liberty airport is a great terminal to fly out of. It's new, has a lot to see, has comfortable seats everywhere and you can charge your device from almost every seat, including wireless charging!

    I flew in and out of EWR on United a few times in the past few weeks and I had no issues at all. The boarding process was smooth and orderly. The gates were laid out with workstations everywhere. Terminal C gates were more modern than Terminal A gates, but still, the service was good and polite. The United Express planes I got on were a bit tight, but that is the case with commuter aircrafts. The one I took back to PVD had a nice carry on luggage section between first and coach, so all those carry on had a place onboard. Great experience.

I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again *

I love using the app to book my flights, get my seat assignment and decide what level I want to pay for when it comes to my ticket. The staff is always very friendly, especially when you're on board. When you fly JetBlue you get free movies, free TV, free music, free Wi-Fi, a free nonalcoholic drink,and snack. .. They are serving alcohol again, and there is a charge and you must use a credit card whether you purchase food, drinks, earphones, blankets, pillows etc. You don't get all the riffraff like when you fly Spirit Airlines. Passengers are normally very quiet and they know how to handle their children so they're not unruly. I love that they board people very quickly and if there's no backup at Newark, you can get out immediately. Sometimes there's an occasional delay but that problem has to do with Newark Airport and not having enough Air Traffic Controllers and too many planes departing and arriving. Sometimes the pilot can make up time in the air. I also love that JetBlue is in the new terminal A and not terminal C, which is the international terminal and a pain in the neck to get in and out of. Now JetBlue and United have joined forces together. Hopefully for the better. Only time will tell.

On January 18th, my family of four (including two children) was left stranded at the airport for over four hours with zero communication, zero transparency, and ultimately, zero way home. ​After a massive delay, JetBlue dropped us at a different airport than our ticketed destination. Instead of providing the ground transportation or the assistance required, they essentially abandoned us. We were forced to pay for our own Uber just to get home after being ignored by staff for hours. ​To make matters worse, their "customer service" is a ghost town. I waited on hold for an eternity, requested a callback, and when they finally called--they hung up on me. ​They have lost a loyal family of customers. We booked comfort + because of the extra leg space but there was nothing comfort about it except a little extra leg room. The seats were unbearable the lower back was completely con-caved & painful. Unfortunately the flight was full so we couldn't even switch seats. We stuffed pillows behind our back to help a little. The dinner was a spicy rice (ok if you like spicy) with what looked like chicken. Lufthansa does a much better job with meals comparatively. For breakfast we received an egg on English muffin. Only 4 bathrooms for such a huge plane is definitely not good... they said they would clean them throughout the flight, but every time I used it, it was a mess... disappointing for sure. Overall the expensive price for comfort + wasnt worth it at all.

Line already started and the Delta employees show up 415 am.... Unless it has changed I thought show time was 3 hours for international and 2 hour for domestic flights. We showed up early since the gov shutdown and issues with the air traffic controllers... so does that mean the check-in section can be even more lazy and who's up when they want? Please let me know if I am wrong about the show times for international and domestic flights.

My experience isn't inline with these negative reviews and I use AA weekly. 95% of the experience is very positive, mostly ontime, comfy, and professional. Highly recommend AA!

What really bothered me was seeing a Spanish-speaking passenger struggle because he didn't speak much English, and the staff showed little patience or professionalism. It honestly came across as dismissive and discriminatory instead of helpful. To make matters worse, the flight attendants were not pleasant either and carried attitude throughout the flight. I'm currently connecting in Dallas and hoping the next flight experience is completely different because so far this has been unacceptable customer service. Do better, American Airlines. Side note I wish I could give zero stars.

    What a a great deal, great flight, and great staff…read more This flight was from LMM to EWR and it was 4 hours of smooth sailing. We purchased the seats three rows back from the entrance door where the middle seat can't be purchased so we could have all three seats to ourselves months in advance and got a great deal. The seats were pretty comfy and there was a lot of legroom compared to economy. The service was great and the pilots did a great job too. I've flown Frontier a couple times over the years but this was the best flight I've ever had with them, other than the flight from EWR to LMM. Thanks again for everything. Safe travels :)

My recent experience was an absolute nightmare, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. I booked a flight through FlightHub for Frontier Airlines Flight 4092 from Tampa to Baltimore, scheduled for January 31, 2025, at 5:01 a.m. My wife and I were traveling to Quantico, VA, for my son's graduation as a U.S. Marine Corps Warrant Officer, a once-in-a-lifetime event. Unfortunately, Frontier's horrible policies, lack of communication, and terrible customer service turned our trip into an expensive disaster. No Customer Service, No Help, No Accountability Before the trip, I tried multiple times to contact FlightHub and Frontier Airlines to clarify baggage policies. FlightHub had no working customer support--just a useless chat line that wasn't even operational. Frontier Airlines was just as bad--I couldn't reach a single person to ask simple questions about baggage check-in policies. If I had been able to speak to someone, I might have avoided this entire ordeal. Hidden Baggage Check-in Rule = Missed Flight When we arrived at Tampa International Airport at 3:50 a.m., we were shocked to be told we could not check in our luggage because of a hidden three-hour check-in rule that was never made clear in any of the emails I received from Frontier. Yes, I had my boarding passes, but I was told my luggage wouldn't be allowed on the plane. I asked if the bags could be sent on a later flight, but the answer was a flat-out no. I was literally told my luggage would just "stay right here" and not go anywhere. What kind of airline refuses to help customers with their luggage--especially when they've done everything right by arriving early? Forced to Buy New Tickets for the Same Airline I then asked if we could rebook onto the next available flight using the tickets we had already paid for. The answer? No. Instead, we were forced to pay for two brand-new tickets just to get to our destination. We had to book: Flight F9-2911 (Tampa Atlanta) Flight F9-2634 (Atlanta Baltimore) Same airline, same day--but Frontier still made us pay all over again. More Money Grab: Double-Charging for Luggage As if that wasn't bad enough, I was initially told I'd have to pay an additional $69 per bag for luggage I had already paid for. Luckily, one staff member was at least reasonable enough to waive that fee. But why was I being charged again in the first place? Final Thoughts: Never Again This whole experience was a complete rip-off. Frontier Airlines showed zero flexibility, zero understanding, and zero customer service. Their baggage check-in rule is intentionally hidden, their support is nonexistent, and their policies are designed to scam passengers into paying more. If you value clear communication, decent service, and fairness, stay far away from Frontier Airlines. Pay a little more for a reliable airline--you'll save yourself the headache, stress, and wasted money in the long run. Would I ever fly Frontier again? Absolutely not. And I strongly advise everyone else to avoid them at all costs.

I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline.     Newark Liberty Airport - New Jersey…read more I flew from here several times over the last few years, and it's a pleasure to continue doing so. Let me start by saying that here, majority of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about this ever so growing airport. They recently updated their Terminal A. It offers modern amenities such as, comfortable seating with outlets and USB ports at the chairs. Some of the seating has ergonomic design that makes it better for your posture. By your gate departure, you will find large digital display with fun facts about New Jersey. Pretty unique idea for an airport! CUISINE: "Food... Glorious Food." One thing I truly appreciate about this airport is that you will hardly see name-brands fast food restaurants. Instead, you can indulge in large variety of restaurants that are New Jersey born and raised. Prices are and can be extremely pricey. What impresses me about this airport at night, is most of the restaurants set up tables night before to be ready the next morning and day to serve new customers. You might be thinking, "Is it safe for them to leave tables set and out in the open at night? Couldn't someone walk up and take full bottle of water from the table?" I've spent great deal of time at this airport, walking around at night while waiting to catch my flight the next morning. Surprisingly, it's safe here. No one bothers you or bothers to take things that don't belong to them. PRIORITIZING FAMILY: If you're traveling with families throughout this airport, you'll appreciate how much effort they've put in making sure your kiddos can unwind before their flight. They also offer nursery rooms. THE SOPRANOS: If you admire one of the best HBO Original Series - The Sopranos, you'll love the photography art display they have of late James Gandolfini (2006). This is a large exhibition celebrating photography of Timothy White. Most of his photography you can find in Terminal A, by United, Delta and American Lounges. AIRPORT WI-FI: Most United States airports are just plain awful. But, Newark Liberty International is doing something right. Throughout the airport you'll see their saying, "Connect to blazing fast Wi-Fi." And, it's so accurate. Hats off to Newark Liberty for providing blazing fast services. Overall, I enjoy having this airport be my layover place for my final destination. Next time you fly through here, be sure to enjoy everything they offer, including clean restrooms that are brightly lit.

    Luck o' the Irish? Sagittarius vibes? While most reporting insisted it was going to be a mess…read moretoday, I made it through TSA within 5 minutes. Was one TSA team member super sassy? Yes. Does sass make me feel at home and is it the apropo attitude as you are entering NJ? Also yes. I had very little issue getting through security or navigating this airport, but then again, I am from here. The variety of choices for food and shops may even be TOO much! Overall, a good airport and by far more convenient in location than La Guardia or JFK. You can easily take the PATH into NYC or NJ Transit for Jersey.
