100% recommend United Ag & Turf in Lancaster! I was in the market for a riding mower, narrowed it down to John Deere and Husqvarna. I contacted several Husqvarna dealers stating I wanted to buy a new tractor, but never heard back. I did the same with United Ag & Turf, and Adam P. got back to me very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered every single question I had (and I had a lot of them), and most importantly, even though I was new to the riding lawn mower world, told him that, and was asking lots of "newbie" questions, he NEVER oversold me. In fact, he asked me upfront what my lawn/yard/property was like and told me the one I originally asked him about would be a bit overkill for my needs and recommended one step below it, saving me about 900 dollars. THAT is trustworthy sales right there. What's even better is the price was incredible, it came professionally built and calibrated by their in house team, and delivered on a flatbed to my driveway where it was tested before they left. It's been about 4 months now since I got it - my John Deere is literally everything I could have wanted, works flawlessly and they have been incredible after the sale too. I accidentally mowed over one of the bags when it fell out - couldn't find a replacement online. Emailed Adam, he had exactly what I needed for the OEM JD part delivered to their store for me within 4 days for less than "aftermarket" bags were going online. Lastly, in the grand scheme of some of the John Deere equipment this dealer sells, my riding lawn mower was somewhat on the lower end of things they have. But as a customer of a "mid-level" consumer riding lawn mower, I feel I'm treated every time as if I bought an 80k farm tractor from them. I dealt with Adam over email and on the phone. Also have been in store twice for things and everyone has just been truly incredible. I couldn't recommend them more...they are trustworthy, honest, always friendly, and have every possible thing you could need covered! read more

My 5 year old John Deere E100 stopped mid mow recently. It has about 27 hours on it. I had United Ag & Turf come look at it. The technician did some diagnostic work. Said the office manager would call me. When we spoke he said the engine needs to be replaced. Approx 1800.00 I called a local small engine repair company here on the Cape. Carburetor replaced and it started right up!! While here he replaced the head gasket. Parts and labor for all $315.00 Just in from mowing lawns! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks. Unfortunately I need to give them one star. They deserve to be shut down for shoddy practices read more

I visited Padula Bros this morning in search of a JD X350 or X380 lawn tractor. I chose Padula due to its proximity to my home. I arrived at the store around 9 am and waiting for 10 mins. A gentlemen and a lady were in an office chatting away and saw me standing around waiting to speak with someone. No effort was made to greet and assist in any manor. After waiting for 10 mins a white gentlemen walks in pokes around for less than 2 mins and is greeted warmly by the lady "good morning! How can help you?" He starts off well I'm looking for a tractor. Than he says to the "lady "he was here before me" she turns to me to say oh do you need something? Geez thanks for the service after someone has to point it out to you. I walked out and said thank you for your service. I guess being black I cannot afford a JD tractor. Thank you! read more

Andrew is awesome. Sometimes hard to get ahold of but he will get it done when all said and done. I bought a John Deere X738 tractor, I love it. There was a small leak today and I reached out via email and Andrew had a mechanic at my house an hour later. I would consider this great service to go along with a great sale. Problem Thumbs Up to Padula Bros in Raynham. read more

I recently purchased a John Deere riding mower that was supposed to be delivered with "white glove service". Suffice to say the man who deliveries this mower must of had his white gloves at the cleaners this day. He acted like he couldn't wait to leave. I've never had a riding mower before and needed useful information. Although he did answer some questions he said that the manual was self explanatory and also recommended YouTube for more info. Far from what I was expecting for white glove service. Sorry Padula Bros. But you didn't live up to my expectations. read more

My thanks to Padula Brothers John Deere Dealer for sending out a mechanic to take care of problems I had with my new tractor. The mechanic repaired, reviewed and oriented me the way it should have been done in the first place. My faith is now restored with John Deere Customer Service and their Corporate Office. In the future I will consider using Padula Brothers for Service. Thank you. read more

I purchased a 1023e along with 4 attachments 6 mo ago. My sales person, Mike was easy to deal with and his follow through is top notch. The killer? The parts/ service department. My old tractor, x540 that I purchased there as well, I had spare belts. I went today to return and get an in-store credit for the four belts that are brand new/ in original packaging/ still used on current models. I was told," No return or credit because you don't have the receipt and you have not bought a lot from us". Instead of guaranteeing a return customer, they prefer to show lack of commitment to their customers. And the brand new belts? I took out my pocket knife and cut each in half and gave them as a gift to their sales manager as a representation to their customer service .... broken. read more

I called a few weeks back and spoke to a wonderful young woman in service name Becky. I was having issue with my farm tractor, and my Son, who has recently passed on, was the mechanic of the family. After a few minutes describing the issues we came to an agreement that it sounded as if I was losing hydraulic power. She then forwarded my call to a very knowledgeable young man by the name of Richard. He walked me thru a few things and I was good to go. I was so grateful that they took a few minutes out of their day to help an old farmer like me out, and did so without making me feel like a dummy, those two deserve 10 stars in my opinion. I was in the area this past Monday, and stopped in to see if Becky was in the office so I could express my gratitude properly. When I arrived in service there was a gentleman at the counter, who was very unhappy that he had not received a call about his machine being done. The woman he was speaking to began to blame the error on the new company take over, and the other employees in the service office. I have never been so appalled. She began writing things to the customer on a piece of paper instead of speaking out loud. She clearly is someone who is not happy with her job, but I was just disgusted. From the way she was speaking I assume she must be management of some sort, and that is not how a manager or any other employee should be presenting themselves, or how they should be representing the company. I ended up leaving without speaking to anyone, hopefully this at least reaches Becky and Richard so they know how much I valued their patience and compassion. read more

If you want to be ignored by sales people in their Raynham showroom, this is definitely the place to go. Business must be real good, but need to understand customers have other options. read more

I made appointment back in June, they came out serviced my tractor left a piece of paper that had no information on it as to what they did to my tractor so I waited to see what they charged me for the service as there website and the employee that my husband spoke to quoted him a total of $219 as long as they didn't replace anything. When they finally charged my card 2 weeks after the service date the total was $255 I questioned the price and was told they tack on a $25 fee for the service(The fee is never mentioned anywhere on their website or by their employees). Now 2 months later I get a phone call claiming that I never paid. I attempted to call them back and got there voice message I was understandably very upset and left a very upset message on their machine wanting it to be handled immediately. after calming down a little bit I tried back and got the manager he was very helpful and allowed me to email him the credit card statement that proved I did in fact pay my bill. then the next morning I get a phone call from who I assume is from their billing department. she called claiming she was calling to apologize but instead she attempted to reprimand me for leaving an upset message. I will never again use Padula brothers as they add hidden fees to their price and have a billing manager that doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. read more
