As a result he did not have all of the common parts that needed replacing- like blades and belts. Not his fault, so no blame there. I guess the transition is still shaky. So word of advice. Be sure to tell them exactly what equipment you want serviced- including all attachments. Don't assume even if you bought it there at their site that they will just know what you have. I hope things are better next year.

Sunday morning as I'm making pancakes for the family I get an email from Megan saying (paraphrasing) "Hey! Snowblower is done. Want us to drop it off?" Hell yeah!!! Mere hours before the storm. I know they were busy with the impending storm, they didn't have to stay open on Sunday for me, and I bet a few others, to help us manage the biggest snowfall in like a decade, but they did.
