Dale has some solid experience with these machines and installed everything in my complex yard to ensure it would work flawlessly, which it does. It is great to get the personal and hands on support for a job like this. He buried the wire, set up the app and the mower does it's job. So, since I don't live nearby, Country Garden was recommended by a friend of a friend of the family, and after ordering from them a few times now, I feel like I can trust them from afar even though I've never set foot in their store. They come through with the delivery quickly, and because they are actually local, they have been able to find tricky addresses. They have never screwed up our note that goes with the flowers, and they text you a photo of the flower arrangement so that you see what's getting delivered. We sent two different arrangements recently and both people were really pleased. They both made a point of telling me about how long the flowers lasted. I mean, can't really think of anything more I'd want from a florist. ***I've almost gotten scammed by those weird fake aggregate florists, when you google "florist in town" and a bunch of "local" numbers pop up, with "local" addresses. Someone answers, takes your order, wants to take your money, but you're actually ordering from some random flower drop-shipper. They have cheesy looking arrangements online, which end up coming from of Telaflora or somewhere, so you can't request particular flowers or customize anything, and the prices are as high or higher than a real local florist. And then you have no way of knowing what the hell gets delivered, how long it'll take, and if the flowers are really fresh or not. It's like ordering fast food flowers when you want farmers market flowers. Twice, I've almost gone through with the payment, but something just didn't seem right, so I hung up. The 2nd time I started asking the lady if she knew the street I was asking about and she kept saying, oh yes, we are around the corner from that street. Meanwhile, that street does not exist anywhere in that town! So now I'm really careful about finding a local florist who is actually local. And Country Garden fits the bill!

My aunt is a flower nut and had many specific requests. The arrangement was just "fine", nothing special at all. And frozen. The owner of this shop was offensive and unkind to my mom when she called to discuss what happened. He actually said "I'm done with you" and ended the call. Totally unacceptable. I'm very sorry that he did that and that I have to write this review. I would not waste money and time on purchasing anything from them again. I don't know how they continue in business with that kind of management.

Container arrived on time and was placed exactly where I need it. I received a phone call asking if I needed a pickup which I didn't need yet, because it was bigger than what I needed. Then the Friday before last I got home to find the container was gone I thought maybe my contactor called to remove it, so I call him, he said no and that he still needed it. So I checked my phone for messages and found that I received two calls. One stating that if I need a pick up to please call, so I assumed maybe they came to dump it for me, then I heard second message telling me if I didn't call by 5 they were taking the container. Being 5:15 on Memorial weekend I didn't call back thinking they would be closed for the weekend. I was very busy Tuesday and forgot to call so on Wednesday I messaged them that the contract stated only if I called would the container be picked up and asked how could they fix this. No reply to my email.No call and no email. customer service isn't important to them. I was charged $5 a day after the ten days I had it for a month due to contractor scheduling issues. I would say by how I, a paying customer was treated, if they can make more money off of someone else kiss your container good bye. They didn't reply to a private email maybe this will get reply. To add insult to injury I considered Matt to be a family friend and only hired him (even though he was more expensive than others) because I wanted to give him the business and also I knew he would stand behind his work. Or so I thought. He could have taken care of this situation by simply replacing the trees. I have also been told that these trees were not even Japanese Maples which I ordered, but some other kind of tree!! To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

We just moved to Clinton two weeks ago. We went into the store to buy a shovel and ended up finding…read morechairs, a table and a drink cooler on clearance. We wanted to buy them but couldn't fit them in our car and asked if we could come pick them up later. An employer offered to drop them off for us later in the day as he had a truck. I was amazed by his generosity. We were given a percentage off of the clearance price for our items and a couple hours later our furniture was dropped off at our house. We tried to give the employee money but he would not take it. This kind good deed really made us feel welcome in this city. So glad we moved here, and can't wait to continue to be a customer.
