I received a call from them stating that they had my items earlier this month, however they would not be in my particular area (Thomaston, ME) for 2 weeks, so we scheduled the delivery for 2/27/2018 and it was to be delivered sometime between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm.. At 3:55pm I had not heard from the company so I called Wayfair and they gave me the phone number for the company. I called CDL and was told that they were running late and were not able to give me an actual time for the delivery. I explained that the office closes at 4pm and that no one would be available to accept the delivery. We had to settle for them rescheduling the delivery until a week later as they would not be in this area until that time. What I am upset about is, I explained when the original delivery appointment was schedule that our office closes at 4pm, therefore it was important for the delivery to be made by 4pm at the latest (they supposedly made a note of that). The next issue was that they did not have the courtesy to give us a call to let us know that this delivery were running late so that arrangements could of been made to have someone available to accept the delivery. They could of handled the matter much better in my opinion and I would not use this company for services as a result of my experience, so hopefully they will learn from this and become much more consumer oriented. Sorry, but I needed to vent!

I've had several freight deliveries from this company, none of which have been without major…read moreproblems. I was expecting a delivery today. The original window was one to three, and then it was changed from 3 to 5 although the only way I found out is because I called. Got put through to the Bangor office, and some guy with a sour attitude had to be coerced into telling me. They finally showed up at six. They were supposed to call 30 minutes ahead of time and I get a phone call telling me the driver is at the end of my road which is a quarter mile away from the house, and how soon can I get there? That caller identified himself as Jeremy and he was just as unpleasant and rude as you could imagine. I can't stand this company.

Wow, Chelsea called this morning to schedule a delivery that was supposed to be delivered today…read more She said that they actually would not be delivering it until Wednesday. Last week I was told today which is why I was home and waiting. I explained to her that I would be out of state on Wednesday. She just kept repeating that Wednesday was the soonest they could deliver. I asked for another day and she just kept saying the same thing and raising her voice and saying that they would deliver Wednesday. She was quite rude and argumentative and absolutely refused to offer any other day for delivery. She then said she refused to deal with me and would transfer me to someone else. I then spoke with Carl, the manager, who very easily scheduled the delivery for next week when I am back. Chelsea should not be in a position where she works with people at all.

I looked up local taxi services on yelp and found ABC. He answered the call right away and was willing to come to Belfast to take me to Bangor. Cheaper than what the Lyft and Uber apps were telling me too.

Johnny was very accommodating in our initial calls and kindly agreed to pick me up at 4am to get to the airport. About 15 hours before pickup, a friend offered to drive me to the airport so I texted Johnny to inquire if it was too late to cancel, fully expecting and accepting that it was probably too late and that I would gladly take his cab ride anyway, as his small business must be supported. Instead, Johnny decided to lash out with sarcasm, costing him my business as well as the future business of the Maine-based organization I am here to work with, once they saw these screenshots. I would have happily taken this ride if he had been straightforward about the inconvenience of last minute cancellations, but unfortunately his attitude has lost him many supporters here in Maine.

Sanitary conditions on the bus were awful…read more I got tickets for a round trip but using greyhound one way was bad enough i canceled my ticket and switched to Concord Coachlines. Much cleaner, faster, and safer than greyhound. I also had greyhound destroy a $1000 laptop at no fault to myself and guess how much greyhound repaid me for their employees mistake? Nothing. Worst customer service ive ever seen. If youre thinking about using greyhound, dont. The other bus lines are much better.
