Despite it being busy ALL the time in the summer months, the staff here are so friendly and helpful. I find it's easy to pick up a conversation while you wait with others in line, and they are efficient. Two new guys in training, but they too have the right groove. I've been using this P.O. for almost 30 years, and there's been some new blood recently, but the public service staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful.
