While this place has one of the largest refrigerator beer selections in Bangor, I can't justify bringing those bottles into my home. That aside, I love coming here for the redemption center. The line generally moves quickly as they often have 4 people helping sort through your recycling and they are genuinely friendly people. I've never had a propane need, but you can refill tanks at this location, too. I love the convenient location, but the parking is a bit lacking (there is a giant lot next to the building, but everyone tries to cram into the small space right by the door which I assume isn't really even supposed to be a parking area anyway). There is a seperate entrance for bottle purchase than the redemption side, which I hope smells better!

They gave him an alternate keg with a beer that he does not even like and said it was the "best they could do". When I called, they said that someone did not call us to tell us it was out of stock; which might have given me time to get another one somewhere else. But because they "forgot" I had not choice. Then the manager was rude to me on the phone because I felt I was not a priority as a customer and he said, "We take pride in all of our customers," (well except for me). I will NEVER do business with this company. We were also told we were given that keg at cost and the price we paid was almost 100 dollars MORE than what we were quoted for the other keg. So not a deal.

I did my whites in them and they came out with brown splotches all over them. ruined 60lbs of whites. this has never happened to me before or since. when I brought it to his attention he says "they're brand new" insinuating it was user error. so, I asked him if anyone else complained to let me know, because I would be relieved to know it wasn't my fault. I never heard from him. Two weeks later I visited the same place TO FIND SAID "brand new" washers OUT OF ORDER. Cheap man didn't offer to refund the money I spent ruining my clothes, let alone the ruined items. Also; charges extra for hot water and heavy soil loads. Too much crap.
