Then at the first stop, the bus "had a mechanical problem" and they had to swap it out for a van. I asked for a discount and they said my options were to have the refund with all of our bags and clubs on the sidewalk or deal with it. The driver said he didnt have any problems with the bus. They wete obviously just swapping it out for someone else. They still send me promo emails to me today and their behavior still bothers me. Avoid these scammers.

My flight crew was picked up at the airport, taken to the hotel and on the ride to the hotel we were given the lay of the land. Where to eat, party, get cigars and all for a great price. The driver was good and made reservations for us since our time was limited, he was on time picking us up and he knew where he was going. Detours around town were no obstacle, he knew how to get around without major delays in traffic. We ate, hit a couple of clubs and made it back to the hotel at the time we wanted and my crew and I were very happy with this service. Cheaper than renting a car without all the hassles! Call them when your in Phoenix or anywhere around the valley and need reliable transportation! It's worth the money and headache free transportation. You tell them where you want to go and what you want to do and they make it happen! They are my car service of choice when my crews are here in Phoenix and want to hang out!!! He was very good and nice vehicle however he showed up over 20 minutes early. Called to let me know he was waiting outside. Big problem was with the pick up at the airport, i called at 2 that afternoon to confirm he would be there. He confirmed he had all flight information and would track our flight. I requested the driver text me as to where he wanted to pick us up at, which door and side. He assured he would. Our flight showed up a few minutes early, never heard from driver so I called Scott(owner) no answer, left message and waited for baggage. Baggage arrived and called again, still no answer, left another message and headed outside, didn't see limo, called and sent text messages, no response until about an hour after first phone call when Scott finally answered the phone. Says he was sorry but they had a problem with the car and he has another that was at the airport and he could send it to pick me up. I asked why he didn't let me know prior to this point, no response. He asked where exactly we were and what I was wearing so driver would recognize me. Says he would be there within 5 minutes. Needless to say his limo never showed and I was able to get another one there. Nothing worse than unnecessary stress at the end of a trip because you hired the wrong limo service. Do yourself a favor and do not even think about giving this company a try.

We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

To start, I'd like to explain why I decided to go with LincolnLux in the first place. Since it was…read morea family wedding we wanted to do something special for our kids and my siblings and thought getting a limo for the occasion would be exciting and fun. Because it was a wedding and the end time can be unpredictable, we wanted a separate pick-up time and drop off time. After talking to Abraham, LincolnLux seem to be the perfect solution. Abraham was extremely polite and helpful and assured me that because we were doing separate transfers, a flexible pick-up time would not be a problem as long as I gave an hour notice to the driver so he could plan. Little did I know this was only a way to secure our business and get our money. The wedding day arrived and the driver was 15 minutes early, which was fine, however - he informed me he's never driven the black limo so he wasn't sure how to adjust the air. Great start considering it was 90 degrees outside. While in the limo we noticed it was kind of falling apart, with the stuck on lights hanging off the sides of the car and the radio barely working. Not a big deal, but they shouldn't advertise that their cars are top notch. We were dropped off at the event and as I said before about weddings being unpredictable - this one was. It got started 45 minutes late and we quickly learned the bride and groom would not be sent off until 9pm instead of 8pm (as originally thought.) Since it was around 6pm we thought we would give the driver plenty of time to adjust our pick up time to 9pm and we would be fine. I called the driver and it went to voicemail both times. He called me back and said his phone died and he had to go buy a new charger. He then told me I'd have to call his manager and see if it was ok to adjust the time. I called Abraham, thinking it wouldn't be an issue since we had already discussed this exact scenario and that was the reason we went with a separate transfer in the first place. I was greatly disappointed to learn that to change the time it would cost us an ADDITIONAL $75! My husband then called and asked if we could at least push the time back to 8:30pm? The reply was no better. Abraham not only insulted my husband for having the gall to "call him at home," but said he now needed to ask the driver if the new time was ok. After another round of awful communication, Abraham called back and said "sorry 8pm was the latest!" So that was that. Thanks to your company and your deceitful communication, we had to rush out of the reception right in the middle of a speech and missed my little sister and her new husband cutting the cake and being sent off. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially since I was the one to find your company. So needless to say, our overall experience with your company was very poor and my only hope is that the review I'm writing helps warns future customers to steer clear of LincolnLux for the "special" events in their lives!

This was a family trip so I used this service for transportation to the airport. They were quite friendly and very helpful with all my questions prior to booking. I received notification from the company a few days prior to our departure and then the morning of our departure I received a text message from our driver David introducing himself and letting me know when he would be arriving. David got to my house a little early which was totally fine, since that gave us time to take some pictures. After leaving my house my daughter kindly reminded me that I totally forgot some medication and had to turn around, David was quite pleasant about my error and told us not to worry we had plenty of time. We manage to pick up the necessary forgotten items and were back on the road in no time. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check our bags curbside, make it through security and even stopped for a bite to eat prior to boarding. Thanks again for helping make this trip a pleasant one.
