I spoke with the manager, Asia, and she showed no concern and walked away without addressing the issue. Because of how I was treated, I returned everything. After leaving, I checked my bank account and found I was charged twice--confirming the issue was the machine, not my card. As a healthcare professional, I value professionalism and respect. This experience was unacceptable, embarrassing, and disappointing--especially given I was shopping to give back to the community. She asked me if I was on Google when I merely asked her about semipermanent vs demipermanent on my hair & when I told her yes, she got an attitude & told me I need to trust her. This is what my trust got me. I had a consult with a colorist in Atlanta on Friday who I now have to pay to fix her ugly mess up. You can clearly see the demarcation lines & different colors in my hair. Even the top salon in Atlanta was shaking their head at this mess in my hair. Don't waist your money like I did. The fact that you responded and lied through your teeth stating that this visit was for "correcting bright orange low lights" is WILD! And not once during this visit did you adjust my tone mid service during this visit. You in fact absolutely do NOT know how to properly do blonde hair. She said it's really hard to find and then pulled up an eBay listing showing the cologne for a large price. She also said that it's made in France and that it's more oil than normal cologne. I fell for the price drop mostly because I got a Cartier fragrance for $10 as an add on. It didn't seem right when I walked out, so I immediately did my research. The website for Claude Marsal cologne is registered to the Perfumes 4U, the store. The ebay username that has it listed is newly created and is located in Florida, which is where Perfumes 4U has the domain registration. I believe that the saleswoman lied to me on many fronts about this product. I went back in and saw she had duped another customer. I was hoping to exchange to keep the Cartier at the deal price, so I wasn't going to start something with the other customer. I feel terrible about not telling him what was up. She ended up refunding me my money after giving excuses like "It's an exclusive" to our store. I seriously wonder if the other products are real in the store. I'm reporting them to Simon Malls and to the local police department. ALSO - Look at all of the positive reviews this place has, especially the ones captured by yelp sort.
