The subcontractors themselves were professional and did good work, but they repeatedly told us they were unable to reach Bill and were unclear on scheduling and materials. Due to the prolonged delays, lack of communication, and disruption to our work schedules, we requested a billing adjustment. No response was provided until after work stopped, and we continued to wait for a corrected invoice. The project was never formally closed out. No final walkthrough or inspection occurred, and excess materials were left in our home. Payment was made for the work performed to date, and the remaining balance was disputed in writing due to these unresolved issues.
