Bathroom Remodel & Kitchen Cabinets…read more DT Tile did a fantastic job for my mom. They provided the most complete and best priced proposal. They also provided reasonably priced recommendations for changes along the way. Some we did and some we didn't. Either way Moises worked with me by text, images and brief phone calls to transform the nonfunctional bathroom (only the doors, walls, toilet, floor and vanity remain). First he removed the old fiberglass shower, sink and countertop. Then he uncrossed the hot/cold plumbing to tile a new shower, combined sink & countertop, shower & sink fixtures, medicine cabinet, & mirror. He also painted and touched up the walls & ceiling, maybe even the doors (they look repainted but I wasn't there). Moises replaced her upper kitchen cabinets matching the existing lower cabinets stain with new pulls (we selected standard style cabinet doors to save $$$). I would definitely recommend DT Tile and hire them again (if I can find more money). All I wanted was to be able to take a shower and brush my teeth. I installed the hand towel ring, door hooks and shower curtain rod. Don't you think the bathroom looks good enough for my wife? She should! Thank you Moises, praise the Lord! Peace,

I appreciated that because I already had my restroom gutted and unusable. Miguel and his father gave a reasonable estimate and immediately arranged for the tile work to be done. Hard to find this nowadays so I appreciate it! I'll call Miguel when I'm ready to tackle the kitchen. Thanks Top Tier Tile Pros:)

We checked out many tile installers and got estimates from several of them. This was going to be…read moreour entire floor, and we wanted to make sure to get it right. Chuck came in with a fair estimate for both the tile we wanted and the way we hoped to see it done. We were also glad to make an arrangement with him to build and install baseboards because our condo had none. Chuck installed the tile and baseboards on schedule and on budget. His work was so expert that my father-in-law, an engineer with a keen eye for detail (read extremely picky), looked it over and found much to admire and nothing to improve. My father-in-law declared this the most capable tile work he had seen. He also enthused about the baseboard, citing details that I would never have even noticed; all I can say is that it looked great! On time and budget for a thoroughly excellent job would more than account for a five star review. But there's more... During the installation, we were away while terrible rainstorms caused leaks into the condo. Chuck notified us before the homeowners association got around to telling us about this problem. He also kept us informed about the inspection and the abatement efforts, at one point making a copy of our front door key and making sure it got to the right people. At first, we were horrified about the situation, but Chuck's presence and caring interest quickly made us feel better. It was like having a good friend on the scene - and how often does that happen even with good friends? After the damage was cleared, Chuck came back to install baseboard in the damaged area and make sure that everything was as perfect as possible. Our place now looks wonderful!

He was able to fit us in last minute, which we truly appreciated. After evaluating everything, he gave us a very honest assessment. He explained that while the results he could achieve would likely be very good, the natural characteristics and quality of our specific limestone meant that--even at its best--it still wouldn't match the look we were hoping for. That level of transparency is rare and really speaks to his integrity. Even though we didn't end up using his services, he was incredibly kind and generous with his time. He shared helpful tips not only about maintaining our stone, but even offered advice on preventing damage to our driveway, which was above and beyond. It's clear he genuinely cares about doing what's right for his clients, not just making a sale. Because of that, we would absolutely consider using him in the future--especially for epoxy garage floors when the time comes. Very appreciative of his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you need expert advice on stone care and restoration.

Other companies and contractors flaked or tried to provide me with general estimates via texts. Not Carlos. -His estimate was clearly outlined and there was no pressure to do things a certain way. Because I was working with a budget and fluctuating ideas on baseboard and the type of floor I would select. Carlos made it easy to view and choose because everything was listed and itemized. He also was always available to me to answer questions or clarify items for me. -He didn't flinch when I asked about a seamless install and he never made me feel bad for asking questions or referring to my budget. He was always kind, understanding, and professional. -When other factors that had nothing to do with him came up, he offered to help me with referrals to other trades like plumbers, etc. -When it came time for the install, his team was prompt, thorough, and very efficient. OF ALL THE TRADES HIS TEAM WAS THE ONLY ONE TO LEAVE MY HOME BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT. Sorry to scream on that one but it was that much of a stand out. His guys took care of everything needed to do the job and then cleaned my home and the space they were working on outside without me asking, following up, or needing to do it myself. -Finally. When it came to billing everything was simplified there too. I was able to pay by phone or online with a link. Easy breezy and MY FLOORS LOOK AMAZING. I have already referred Carlos and Wood Floor Installers Inc. He was a true blessing to me on my project.

Replacement of broken tiles looks good, but time will tell if it lasts. The new sealer didn't seal. It unfurtanately rained the day after they finished, and multiple pin-holes and bubbles allowed water to get under the new sealing, leading to white splotches on the tile. In addition, one worker apparently stepped on the sealer while it was uncured, leaving an imprint of his sneaker under 6 layers of sealer. They did come back and "clean the surface" but it is clear to even an untrained eye the the issue with the pinholes went down to the bottom layer, Despite the apparently good reviews online, my experiece left me with a bad taste, WMMV
