Excellent from start to finish. Carlos was a blessing to my project…read more -He was friendly, prompt and on time with reminders of any kind when it came to coming to my home and providing me with an estimate. Other companies and contractors flaked or tried to provide me with general estimates via texts. Not Carlos. -His estimate was clearly outlined and there was no pressure to do things a certain way. Because I was working with a budget and fluctuating ideas on baseboard and the type of floor I would select. Carlos made it easy to view and choose because everything was listed and itemized. He also was always available to me to answer questions or clarify items for me. -He didn't flinch when I asked about a seamless install and he never made me feel bad for asking questions or referring to my budget. He was always kind, understanding, and professional. -When other factors that had nothing to do with him came up, he offered to help me with referrals to other trades like plumbers, etc. -When it came time for the install, his team was prompt, thorough, and very efficient. OF ALL THE TRADES HIS TEAM WAS THE ONLY ONE TO LEAVE MY HOME BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT. Sorry to scream on that one but it was that much of a stand out. His guys took care of everything needed to do the job and then cleaned my home and the space they were working on outside without me asking, following up, or needing to do it myself. -Finally. When it came to billing everything was simplified there too. I was able to pay by phone or online with a link. Easy breezy and MY FLOORS LOOK AMAZING. I have already referred Carlos and Wood Floor Installers Inc. He was a true blessing to me on my project.

Excellent work by the team. Professional and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.read more

Mario's Tile Care & Concrete Cleaning

MARIO and his team were great with my very particular floor in my home. It's not a typical floor,…read moreit's peebletech. Was incredibly dirty after 15 yrs or more of never being cleaned. Looks like new now! Very impressive. They also treated all my furniture and walls carefully and I had no damage throughout the house. I had a few areas I was hoping could be a bit cleaner and MARIO sent out his manager ISRAEL who was very nice, professional and was able to give them some luv and they look much better. Highly recommend the entire team at this business!

We hired Mario's Floor Care Services for our honed/matte limestone floors. While the initial…read morecleaning appeared satisfactory, the technical execution of the sealing process was completely deficient, and the customer service follow-up was highly unprofessional. The technicians applied Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator while the tile and grout were still wet. When we questioned this protocol at the time of application, Mario and his crew assured us that because the 511 sealer is breathable, the moisture would evaporate through it without an issue. This claim is entirely false and contrary to the manufacturer's directions. Applying a solvent-based repellant over a saturated water barrier prevents even absorption, causing the wet grout to reject the sealer and trap moisture underneath. Several weeks post-application, our grout remains blotchy with dark, wet-looking areas. When Mario's crew returned to address the inconsistent grout, Mario became rude and combative over the phone, claiming that his crew "was not here to clean our floor"--entirely missing the point that the issue was their failure to apply the sealer correctly, not our failure to clean. Based on our experience, you may want to look elsewhere for a professional stone care company that understands manufacturer instructions and treats paying customers with basic respect. Mario, thank you for your response. Respectfully, your response is a deflection. As a co-owner of the home who paid for half of this project, I was present throughout the process and have every right to expect the job to be done correctly. Your team acknowledged my concerns and stopped working until you instructed them otherwise. You still have not addressed why you actively ignored the manufacturer's explicit instructions--and industry standards--not to apply sealer to damp stone and grout. Nor did you address your condescending treatment of a client. Your field crew was fantastic, respectful, and hard-working. This review is strictly about your poor customer communication, refusal to listen, and disregard of the manufacturer's instructions.
