It needs to be fixed and they wanted to help me out and they quoted me a price of $1900. I have a very good dental plan that covers implants so I wanted them to turn it into my insurance. They turned it into my insurance got another 500 and now I have a statement for $531 more so if you have insurance they will charge you $1000 more. They will switch the price when you have the procedure done. Please do not go here if you are one of Dr. Roach's old patients. They can't even update my address. I have not lived at the that Dr. Roach had on file in five years. I gave them my new address. They have been sending the statement there. I received an email yesterday stating my bill was past due. The office manager will sit in her corner office and is too good to speak to you. I have never seen Laura Koch in this office. The only dentist that I have seen here is Dr. Shoal Adesoji-Stokes.

A "savings plan" (red flag) that, for $300 a year gives 25% off all dental work. How are the prices, then? Approximately 20% higher than the median price for dental work in the area. So, pay $300 out of pocket to bring the prices back to reality. So you don't want to do a simple procedure. OK. But selling someone an engine when all they need is an oil change-- someone is going to fall for this and I find that unconscionable.

Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. It kinda hurts if your gums had inflammation, with that tool, the lower score you get the better. All that aside, the deep cleaning was a game changer.
