I just wanted a pink hair extension put in and apparently had to make a pre-screening appointment for this first, rather than just put an extension in. I made my pre-screening appointment and had to wait 27 minutes until I was seen. The appointment took less than 5 minutes and I was told that they would have to special order it and would hopefully get the extension in by Tuesday. I reiterated that I needed this for a special event on Wednesday. The salon stylist told me that they would call me on Monday to get this ordered, delivered and set up. Needless to say, I never received follow up on this and had to scramble to get it done elsewhere. Frustrated to have wasted so much time, have to have a "pre-screening" waste of an appointment, and have no product at the end. Poor customer service experience for a first time visit. I'll never go back.

In the rush we forgot to cut the hair I was going to donate before washing my hair. I ended up having to let the ponytails dry out when I got home. The salon is a different size with places to sit/hang out while you wait for your appointment. The price was very reasonable - it was only $40 to cut my hair!
