They installed a radio system with new speakers and security alarm. A plastic on my door was broken when they working on it and instead of being replaced is was glued. The wiring under the dash was a mess and the module keeps falling out. A while later I purchased a car directly from the owner and certain things were supposed to be fixed with purchased agreements. None were, my fault giving full amount of Money as I needed car. I have been several times to see where it stands and always got the run around. It's been a year since he never called me once to say ok bring it in always I have gone to him with no results other than wasting my time. Go here at your own risk. Dishonest, over price and big talk is all get here.

Immediately you are struck with a smell.. I don't know what it is about some car shops.. but they just have that way about them to make me light headed. You head up a stair case to a showroom of sorts. It's a bit clustered, and dingy.. but car shops aren't about the aesthetics, for sure. The sales person was seemingly pulling figures and facts out of his head.. but in the end he was able to quote us a price that was about the same as competition (with it being a little more sans the holiday discount the other shop had.

Techs went above and beyond and guess what? Surprised me and installed all four cameras and didn't change a thing. When you come in with vehicles that are slightly older vs new... You have to ask yourself how much reading and calling they have to do to get the products needed for installing. If you have a tricky car where it's only handles so much power or they have to make a wiring kit... Theres more hours and labour. You cannot expect these people to work for free. Best customer service experience ever!…read more I made the mistake of order my car speakers online and got the wrong size. Stubborn I wanted to make these speakers work so I went to Video World where I should have bought them, to see what they could do. The staff was very helpful especially considering I was trying to install speakers that I didn't even buy from them. One of the staff members showed me an adapter ring while another phoned to see if their supplier carried other options. They even had their technician give me some advice on how I should mount my speakers with the adapter. The chery on top was the fact that they even gave me a deal on some dynamat along with my adapters. I will be shopping for all my tv and audio gear at Video World from now on. I would highly recommend this business over any chain store, if you want to feel comfortable and walk out happy, This is the place to shop.

I would reccomend videoworld to everyone I know over Costco and bestbuy as far as customer service and warrantys are concerned. When I need a TV or appliance in the future videoworld will be my first stop!!!. I was left stranded without a car during the August long weekend. I was there during a summer of military training and had booked hotels, tickets and a whole weekend in PEI that I'd been looking forward to for weeks as my chance to relax. I booked a car online in advance, reservation was confirmed, but then was told on short-notice that they didn't have a car and couldn't get me one anywhere. Staff were very unaccommodating and unhelpful, didn't even offer me a complimentary rental or discount in the future to compensate for the money lost because of the entire vacation weekend I had to cancel. Their rates may look cheap but you're better off going somewhere reliable and paying a bit more.
