Have been getting exhaust fumes in my car since at least december. Dealership failed to properly diagnose at least 2 times. After my diagnosis proved the rear door is not sealing/closing all the way. They were about to work on the driver door when I dropped the car off. Still getting exhaust fumes inhaled by me/passengers every drive. Hybrid battery air intake is also inhaling the road salt, moisture, and cold air nearly directly into the hybrid air intake. The battery will be ruined and the car is worth nothing if moisture and salt is detected past the air intake filter. They will refuse to provide a loaner car even if you tell them you're very concerned about your pregnant wife inhaling these exhaust fumes too. They will not provide you a loaner car after they agree with you that the REAR door is not sealing properly. Currently freezing wet and salty air are entering the car as I write this review. Oregans Toyota Dartmouth has offered zero apologies. Toyota Dartmouth is only interested in your money. They do not care about your safety, health, or your vehicles health. They will face the consequences for ignoring my health concerns. They will be 100% responsible for any salt and moisture found past that hybrid battery air intake filter. This could cause my battery to fail at any time. The dealer will not disclose that they did anything to address the exhaust fume issue after spending a whole day of "diagnosing" the exhaust fume issue. They spent 3 hours with my car on idle, heat on full blast with ac and be excited to tell you that they didnt find any moisture afterwards. When you ask the manager how does this identify the exhaust fumes entering the car ? They will become pissy and rage at you for calling out that they wasted the whole day of diagnosis on something that wouldnt fix the problem. This is after telling them that their corolla hybrid (brand new) had much less wind noise then mine (same car mine just had more km). I told them this at 9am the same day of that service and they dont begin service till 930am. The manager said "you only told us that 6 hours ago". Yeah and you wasted all 6 of those hours on something you knew wouldnt solve the problem. So even after giving them the proper identification that its a wind intrusion problem, they will continue to waste time focusing on diagnosis they know will lead to nothing. Good sales team. Worst auto service in all of canada. My whole family drives Toyota. I love the car. I cannot feel safe driving the car and am reminded of the awful service every time I inhale exhaust fumes. Making me miss my 2014 Honda accord. That car had zero warranty problems for me. The added stress of having to deal with this dealership's service has made me lose all trust in this dealership. I have lost trust in the vehicle itself now that it has been poisoned by this awful service team. I am worried my hybrid battery will be damaged. I am worried I could pass out behind the wheel when I get smoked out with exhaust. If you want your car treated right. This is the last place I would take it for auto service.

Two of my experiences - Parts he ordered were correct but delivered to him were not correct hence i had to stay litlle longer he apologized to me even though it was not his fault. The servicemen were also great and knowledgeable. I was told to replace something in my car an year ago by somebody else but Rob explained to me that is not even a part of the car. After a quick chat, and explaining to her that I was at work and couldn't bring it in but I was also heading to NB and really wanted this fixed before I left, she said she'd send someone to pick up my car. I was skeptical but less than 10 minutes later the Service Manager arrived at my office to pick -up my car. He took my car away, fixed the crack, and brought it back to me within 90 minutes. Once he arrived he showed me the work, explained everything he did to fix it, we signed the paperwork and he let me know about the lifetime warranty. He left his card in case I had any questions and told me not to hesitate to call. It was SO easy and SO quick that I will be recommending Speedy Glass to EVERYONE I know. They were quick, efficient, professional and very helpful. Awesome service!

I was so excited to learn they could do all the repairs for me at a fraction of the costs from my windows company. I called a few other companies to see how much their costs were but Speedy Auto Glass not only beat the other prices but they did it so quickly. My big window was repaired the next morning, the curio glass was repaired after that AND it was only $15 with tax to fix. The small bedroom window is on order and it won't cost me very much for Speedy Auto Glass to put in the new glass and repair it for me. I am to happy and amazed that I found the perfect place with very friendly and helpful service personal along with VERY cheap reasonable prices for all my window repairs. So a few months ago, I was told my oil pan was leaky and that I'd need to get it replaced at some point. Not an emergency, but something to keep in mind. I decided to call Big Bargain's and order the parts for what seemed like a pretty decent price. This was close to Christmas when time and money are tight. "I need an oil pan and gasket for a 2005 Toyota Matrix" says I. "No problem, they'll be in tomorrow", says he. Picked them up and went on my way. My boyfriend had taken off the box with the intention of maybe trying to put them on for me (but thank god he didn't as you'll soon discover). Fast forward a few months when I finally had the time, money and opportunity to get them replaced. Took my car to Cdn Tire in Bayers Lake where as it turns out, a fellow from my hometown is the shop foreman. "I have the parts," says I. "Just need the labour". A few hours later, I get a call to tell me that the oil pan I have is NOT the right part. FFS. OK, so they have the correct oil pan but have no idea what the one I have is. So the bill goes from labour, to labour and parts. GREAT! Miraculously, I found the receipt in the back of my car for the original oil pan/gasket. Head to Dartmouth with my mystery part and hope for the best. The missing box becomes the issue. The missing part # becomes the issue. More or less understandable, except for the fact that they have a much better chance of figuring it out and selling it than me. AND the fact that it wasn't my mistake. It was them or their supplier. Cut to the chase and they gave me back the $ for my gasket (which was the cheap part) but refused to take the oil pan because "what are they supposed to do with it?" HA! What am I supposed to do with it??? The thing that really got me the most pissed off though was the fact that there was an expectation from the guy I was dealing with that I should have some understanding (sympathy) for his situation. He was condescending: "You look confused" said he. None of this was my fault. I trusted that I got what I ordered. And for the amount of money it would have been to accept the return of a clearly never used part, it wasn't worth how this whole experience made me feel. "I don't like pissing customers off, but..." he said. So he pissed me off for $85 and lost a customer for good. The only thing I can do is write this review. And hope someone on Kijiji buys the oil pan. Because otherwise I'm out the money for a part I never asked for. Thanks, Big Bargains. Really good deal.
