After a quick chat, and explaining to her that I was at work and couldn't bring it in but I was also heading to NB and really wanted this fixed before I left, she said she'd send someone to pick up my car. I was skeptical but less than 10 minutes later the Service Manager arrived at my office to pick -up my car. He took my car away, fixed the crack, and brought it back to me within 90 minutes. Once he arrived he showed me the work, explained everything he did to fix it, we signed the paperwork and he let me know about the lifetime warranty. He left his card in case I had any questions and told me not to hesitate to call. It was SO easy and SO quick that I will be recommending Speedy Glass to EVERYONE I know. They were quick, efficient, professional and very helpful. Awesome service!

I was so excited to learn they could do all the repairs for me at a fraction of the costs from my windows company. I called a few other companies to see how much their costs were but Speedy Auto Glass not only beat the other prices but they did it so quickly. My big window was repaired the next morning, the curio glass was repaired after that AND it was only $15 with tax to fix. The small bedroom window is on order and it won't cost me very much for Speedy Auto Glass to put in the new glass and repair it for me. I am to happy and amazed that I found the perfect place with very friendly and helpful service personal along with VERY cheap reasonable prices for all my window repairs. Two of my experiences - Parts he ordered were correct but delivered to him were not correct hence i had to stay litlle longer he apologized to me even though it was not his fault. The servicemen were also great and knowledgeable. I was told to replace something in my car an year ago by somebody else but Rob explained to me that is not even a part of the car. Well, let me tell you, I don't know why I waited so long because withing 45 minutes of showing up I was driving away with a brand new mirror! I arrived, was greeted nicely by the owner, I took him to my car to show the damage, he looked it up in his parts book, told me he had the part in their warehouse in Dartmouth and asked when I'd like it done. I said right away if possible and he said, it'll be about 10 minutes for my co-worker to go and get the mirror and we'll do it right away. I was blown away! I just randomly showed up at this business and they are gonna fix my mirror in no time! The co-worker arrived in no time with the mirror, drove my car into the bay to get it fixed and about 15 minutes later I was out the door. And it was inexpensive! It's not usual that I write about businesses, but when you get such amazing customer service, it needs to be passed along. They checked and where able to get the windshield for me that day. I had a few things to do so dropped back about an hour later they drove me home and picked me up which was very helpful. They stated it would be ready in about 2 and 1/2 hours and they were on time. Since I looked at some reviews that I thought were for OK Tire at 13 Wright Ave. Dartmouth but did…read morenot make any sense, being really bad reviews, I presume that these bad reviews were probably for other address, because they seemed to be completely out of place, so I want to be clear and people to understand that I am talking about OK Tire at 13 Wright Ave. I was there for a 0800hrs appointment for muffler service on Friday, July 5th, 2024. My muffler had been installed 3 years ago at another garage in Halifax and had a lifetime warranty but I could not get an early enough appointment under their new management so I decided to try this new place for me at 13 Wright Ave. The service advisor "Steve West" was professional, pleasant, respectful and efficient, and the man who replaced my muffler was a welder from Ukraine, who did what I believe to be a great job. They were very honest and did not overcharged me, unlike other places where I have dealt with in the past. One of the past place that I had dealt with in the past, as I remember, tried to charge me for 2 hours labour as I had been there for near 2 hours but I had observed that they had my car in the garage for only 50 minutes. Now, I was at OK Tire 13 Wright Ave. for near 2 hours because they had to wait for a part to be delivered. I have never seen this before, I was expecting to be charged for at least one hour labour but they charged me for the exact time that the technicien took to do the job, which was 36 minutes. Can't ask for better than that. I am now retired and I have never been given a 5 stars review by anybody, yet I am a perfectionist, so I don't see why I should give a 5 stars to anybody, yet I decided in this case to make an exception and I am giving a 5 stars. Very disappointed regarding our experience with OK Tire Elmsdale. We had made an appointment for an…read morealignment, but when we arrived the tech told us our inspection was up (it was) so we got our car inspected. It failed (despite being regularly maintained) and we were given a list of "what it needs" so I went to my regular mechanic who did all the work on the list the next day. 2 days later we were able to get back in for a follow up inspection, during which they "found" a bunch more things that they'd "seen" but "forgot" to put on the original provincial inspection report. Took the car immediately to a different inspection place, and it passed with flying colours. I even asked the tech about the things that OK Tire had failed - none were even an issue. I will not be returning.
