You have to ask yourself how much reading and calling they have to do to get the products needed for installing. If you have a tricky car where it's only handles so much power or they have to make a wiring kit... Theres more hours and labour. You cannot expect these people to work for free. Pretty sweet setup. Once registered with them you get reminders for when maintenance is due. Mine come in the form of emails, less bothersome then phone calls. You drive into the reception area and your car is whisked away while you go inside to register with the friendly counter staff. The waiting area is great, nice comfy chairs, TV, magazines, newspapers, coffee station, WiFi, workstations and a "Filling Station" (cafe) next door. This was a major maintenance service and coveniently I was emailed a slew of Toyota coupons, some of which were applicable to the services I was getting, I "saved" $75 with the coupons. I have a bit of a love hate relationship with coupons. I wish businesses would just charge a reasonable fee instead of inflating prices so they can issue coupons so we feel like we're getting a deal. That said, the guy told me they send out hundreds of these coupon books but rarely see any come in. Hey, use them people, you're paying for them anyway. Of course all this luxury comes at a price but I've found I get pretty good value for the cost, especially if there's a coupon or two I can use.

Have been getting exhaust fumes in my car since at least december. Dealership failed to properly diagnose at least 2 times. After my diagnosis proved the rear door is not sealing/closing all the way. They were about to work on the driver door when I dropped the car off. Still getting exhaust fumes inhaled by me/passengers every drive. Hybrid battery air intake is also inhaling the road salt, moisture, and cold air nearly directly into the hybrid air intake. The battery will be ruined and the car is worth nothing if moisture and salt is detected past the air intake filter. They will refuse to provide a loaner car even if you tell them you're very concerned about your pregnant wife inhaling these exhaust fumes too. They will not provide you a loaner car after they agree with you that the REAR door is not sealing properly. Currently freezing wet and salty air are entering the car as I write this review. Oregans Toyota Dartmouth has offered zero apologies. Toyota Dartmouth is only interested in your money. They do not care about your safety, health, or your vehicles health. They will face the consequences for ignoring my health concerns. They will be 100% responsible for any salt and moisture found past that hybrid battery air intake filter. This could cause my battery to fail at any time. The dealer will not disclose that they did anything to address the exhaust fume issue after spending a whole day of "diagnosing" the exhaust fume issue. They spent 3 hours with my car on idle, heat on full blast with ac and be excited to tell you that they didnt find any moisture afterwards. When you ask the manager how does this identify the exhaust fumes entering the car ? They will become pissy and rage at you for calling out that they wasted the whole day of diagnosis on something that wouldnt fix the problem. This is after telling them that their corolla hybrid (brand new) had much less wind noise then mine (same car mine just had more km). I told them this at 9am the same day of that service and they dont begin service till 930am. The manager said "you only told us that 6 hours ago". Yeah and you wasted all 6 of those hours on something you knew wouldnt solve the problem. So even after giving them the proper identification that its a wind intrusion problem, they will continue to waste time focusing on diagnosis they know will lead to nothing. Good sales team. Worst auto service in all of canada. My whole family drives Toyota. I love the car. I cannot feel safe driving the car and am reminded of the awful service every time I inhale exhaust fumes. Making me miss my 2014 Honda accord. That car had zero warranty problems for me. The added stress of having to deal with this dealership's service has made me lose all trust in this dealership. I have lost trust in the vehicle itself now that it has been poisoned by this awful service team. I am worried my hybrid battery will be damaged. I am worried I could pass out behind the wheel when I get smoked out with exhaust. If you want your car treated right. This is the last place I would take it for auto service.

They called that day saying that they were going to replace my entire power steering system on a Ford recall notice. A many thousand dollar job, that was going to be free for me. They had to order parts all in all they had my car for over 2 weeks, without any other other phone calls as to a status update. When I picked up the car, the two lights I reported upon taking it there in the first place were gone but when I got in my car there was yet another new light indicating a problem, which I was not previously notified about. I had to take it back in for them to triage again. 3 weeks later the power steering just up and stopped working again for no reason. I had to take it back there, though I don't want to ever deal with Macphee Ford ever again. Just found out that there was yet another related but not noticed before new issue that can cause thew power steering to stop working. So this is the service you can expect to receive from them. I took my car in reporting two issues. They never really triaged those two issues. Thats what I asked them to do. They didn't do it. The opted for the easy-escape and just guessed/assumed that the power steering recall would magically fix everything. It didn't, so now I have to be without my vehicle for another two week stint because their technicians seem to be fairly incompetent but to me this indicates poor leadership there. After calling in many times, trying to get the service rep, who always seemed to be on vacation I also found out about technicians calling in sick, sometimes more than one. It seems obvious to me that no one really likes working there and that the work environment is crap. I would recommend that if you require any kind of service to your Ford, find another dealership or repair shop.
