Which I clearly explained to the lady. She completely ignored me, rudely laid me back, was telling me to hold my brows (again my first time I didn't know what she meant) so when I didn't have my hands exactly where she needed them she harshly was adjusting me and moving my hands around on my face, and then proceeded to give me EXTREMELY thin brows. It was a very upsetting experience. My brows have been apart of my appearance my whole life and I completely regret going here. It was so disrespectful and horrible to be treated the way I was. It is going to take years to grow them back out and get back to the look I asked for and have always had. DONT GO HERE.

I've used Anne's "services" for about a year now. When I first started going to see her, she was located in a nearby spa/salon. I like this location much better. Anne is a nurse and is very professional. She is originally from California and is a Yelper herself. The first time that I went to see her I had a lot of questions and I was quite nervous. I think that she spent about an hour explaining the process and the expected results. She also does laser hair removal and I think that the price is the most reasonable in town. There is another lady at this location, her name is Susan, she does the spray tans, facials and more of the spa end of the business. I've never used her services, but my friend raves about her... so she's definitely on my radar. If you're thinking about starting what I call maintenance, this place is the best of the best.

I didn't know that some of the lasers were created for facials and other treatments. I have had more success at hair reduction/elimination at this clinic than the others. I would highly recommend J Medical above all others in Lexington.
