I had a lash lift and tint, as well as a brow tint. Meg worked swiftly and thoroughly, explaining every step of the process. My lashes are stick straight and I always walk around with "flurries" in my sight, or streaks on my glasses from the lashes hitting the lense. The lift took care of all of that, and the tint emphasizes the length (on days I don't feel like "putting a face on". All the time basically). My brows are pretty good already, but the tint catches all the tiny, lighter hair and makes my brows fuller. Overall, I'll be back. The service was great and Meg has great humor. I'm getting purple extensions next!

The prices are also reasonable and affordable and aligned with what I have paid other places. Once I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and care. Victoria Ryburn handled my "The Essential Brow" service with included lamination, vegan brow tint, and wax. She provided the necessary details about what she would be performing and why, i.e., mapping the eyebrows for a more crisp and cleaner shape of the eyebrows. The conversation was humorous and down to earth. The process went fairly quickly, with just enough time for the completion. The location is clean, with natural light and positive energy. I plan on going back because I had a great experience. It can be challenging as a Mom to put myself first with doing things for myself. Going to Ivy & Grace Brow Boutique is a well calculated investment!

The cut I received mostly works, but I had issues with the timing of the appointment and never…read morereceived a response when I reached out about problems I had with the cut. For the price of the service, I'm weighting those two factors highly, which is why I give a 2/5. The full context for my rating is below. When I arrived for appointment, I had a little under 2 hours to be in and out for a curly cut and style. The appointment slots on the booking site were listed as 1 hour so I confirmed with Alexion before we started that it was only 1 hour as this was significantly shorter than the 1.5-2 hours I've spent in the salon for curly cuts in my old city. She confirmed that this was correct so I didn't explicitly state my end time since I figured a 45 minute buffer was enough. I brought inspiration images that closely matched my texture and preferred styling. Alexion agreed that the images would work well for my hair length and should definitely be achievable. We went through the haircut and styling, which seemed to go well. I checked the time on the way to the dryer and realized we had already hit the 60 minute mark. I asked her to confirm how long I would need to dry, and she told me about 15 minutes. I was left at the dryer for closer to 30, and when she came back to check on me a second time, I let her know that I needed to leave in 15 minutes. She said she was currently cutting another client and would have me over quickly. Unfortunately, my hair was styled in a much more controlled and slicked manner than the images I brought in and not a good representation of how I usually do it myself. Due to this, I had a hard time pointing out issues during the refinement cut, which was only 10 minutes. I left quickly to make a work meeting on time. Hours later, I realized that I had never even been offered a mirror to check the back. After washing and styling my hair that evening, I could better articulate some areas of improvement. Per the instructions in the follow-up message regarding touch-up requests, I contacted Alexion at the provided e-mail address to ask if there was a time I could come in for a quick refinement. I never received a response so I tried calling the provided number several times and left two voicemails, all of which went unreturned. Since I was leaving town a week after my appointment, I eventually did the touch-ups myself at home. It has been nearly 3 weeks since my appointment and initial e-mail, and I still have not heard from Alexion. I wanted to give her a chance to make the haircut right, but I assume I'm not getting a response at this point. For the price of $200, I should have left the salon feeling amazing, but instead, I am disappointed and underwhelmed with the experience for the amount of money I spent.
