First, Meg squeezed me in very short notice. Thank you so much! Her response time to phone calles…read moreand texts is very prompt, which really set a great tone, feeling valued as a customer. I had a lash lift and tint, as well as a brow tint. Meg worked swiftly and thoroughly, explaining every step of the process. My lashes are stick straight and I always walk around with "flurries" in my sight, or streaks on my glasses from the lashes hitting the lense. The lift took care of all of that, and the tint emphasizes the length (on days I don't feel like "putting a face on". All the time basically). My brows are pretty good already, but the tint catches all the tiny, lighter hair and makes my brows fuller. Overall, I'll be back. The service was great and Meg has great humor. I'm getting purple extensions next!

I felt so welcomed from the start. Loved that the ladies walked around barefoot and comfortable. Not an ounce of stuffiness, which is impossible as it smells so good in the building. I booked a massage and facial bundle for a very economical price. First up the massage by Alexis she knew her stuff. She asked questions and concentrated her effort on the brick in my left shoulder blade. For weeks I've been popping into places for chair massages but to no avail. However Alexis has fingers of magic I would have booked another hour. I've been to many places including Thailand and this is only the 2nd massage received that would compare. I had the honor of having the facial done by none other than the owner Ashley. It's been a few years since stepping thru Mario Badescu for a facial monthly however I would say the facial here was just as top notch. The next time I touch down here early this will be my first stop before the Bourbon!

Tiffany is a great masseuse. I've now had two massages here and the actual massages are nothing…read moreshort of excellent. I took off a star for a few reasons: 1. The person at the check in desk has never been friendly at all. With a spa experience that's what you hope for. 2. There's a little "help yourself" coffee and tea bar but it's never offered before or after the massage, and it's quite awkward when no one introduces that as an option especially because it could be when you first walk in and check in. Other than that, it's a clean facility, and Tiffany has been great.

This review is for Katy at the Louisville location…read more Did you ever watch the TV show 'Touched by an Angel' and think, "Whoa, what would it feel like to actually be touched by an angel?" If you book a microblading service with Katy at Feather and Blade, you will find the answer to that question. I scheduled my microblading appointment back in March...and then COVID hit and shut everything down, pushing my appointment back. Which, public health obviously matters more than my eyebrows, so no biggie. Finally, I was re-scheduled for early September and I was PUMPED. Even better, Katy honored the original price I paid months before. The day of my appointment, I arrived a few minutes early. The main door is locked so people can't just willy-nilly wander in. Katy was busy cleaning off the table and the surrounding space and I waited outside. After she finished cleaning, she let me into the building. The flow of the space is so relaxing and inviting. I immediately felt at ease. She got a before picture of my eyebrows (any other millennials go through a phase in the early 2000s where you over plucked your eyebrows and they never grew back? Yeahhhh) and then we talked about expectations. I honestly hadn't thought too much about my brows other than knowing I needed them. I knew what I didn't like and told Katy that and some other nonsense that probably wouldn't have made sense to a normal human, but Katy rocks and knew exactly what I meant. She mapped out my new brow shape, talking me through the process and getting my approval with every step. She numbed my brows before beginning any actual work, definitely helped take away some of the sting. The pain level was minimal regardless, plus she talks to you during to keep your mind off it. The attention to detail Katy applies to her craft is amazing. She's done over 800 brows and actively listens to her clients. I felt 100% comfortable with letting her do her magic. She is an artist. Overall, I was THRILLED with the end result. After the week of healing, my new brows look so incredibly natural and full. Exactly what I wanted. Words of Wisdom: 1. Book an appointment with Katy immediately 2. Follow the instructions for taking care of your brows after they've been done, it matters! 3. Tell everyone you know to get their brows done by Katy

Freckles looked beautiful and was told they would last 2-3 years. Within 2 days they were 100% gone, she is very confrontational and rude, pretends not to receive voicemails, calls, or texts. When I get her on the phone she was very aggressive and pretended she couldn't hear me, very demeaning. Asked for a refund and she finally said she would but has yet to do so. Highly recommend anyone BUT her.

While Patricia applied my lashes not once did my eyes burn! I was scared for nothing. The music she played in the background was so calming and she had me relaxed to the max! She has such an outgoing personality that is was easy to converse about anything and everything. I suggest you give her a try! My lashes lasted for a good while and I'm due for a return. Going to go a little longer in length this time and super excited for the random pops of color this time (she ordered different color lashes) and will repost and add pictures on my return.

I recently moved from Portland and had the dilemma of finding a new lash lady. She seemed very…read moreknowledgeable and sweet so I went with it. I got a 4 week fill ($50) and then had to come back after 2 weeks because the lashes on my right eye were falling out very fast. I thought it was because I slept on them funny but I shortly realized it's because she just missed them. After a $50 TWO WEEK fill, I noticed that they were not as full as they should have been. I contacted her and she promised to meet up with me multiple times and eventually stopped responding. If she kept her promise, I would've been a repeat customer but I DO NOT recommend her if you want them to actually last. I gave 2 stars because she knows what she's doing but it can't make up for someone doing a shady job. She also operates out of her home, which is fine, but it reeks of cigarettes.
