I went here to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I have always had thick brows and like them that way and just wanted them evened out and cleaned up. Which I clearly explained to the lady. She completely ignored me, rudely laid me back, was telling me to hold my brows (again my first time I didn't know what she meant) so when I didn't have my hands exactly where she needed them she harshly was adjusting me and moving my hands around on my face, and then proceeded to give me EXTREMELY thin brows. It was a very upsetting experience. My brows have been apart of my appearance my whole life and I completely regret going here. It was so disrespectful and horrible to be treated the way I was. It is going to take years to grow them back out and get back to the look I asked for and have always had. DONT GO HERE. read more

The attendant was really courteous and professional, but sadly the rest of the experience was subpar. Not only is the thread they use extra thick, she put a lot of pressure into the threading process. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over a decade and had never felt so uncomfortable. Not to mention she drew some blood and still managed to leave some hair behind that I had to pluck at home. My usual spot is in Nicholasville. It would've been great to find a place closer to home, but alas the 15-minute drive will be well worth it. read more

Went in to get my eyebrows threaded, I had been here before and the lady was awesome. This time around I had a different employee and experience. When I went and said what service I wanted completed, the employee just told me to sit down and lay my head down, she didn't ask how I liked my eyebrows or anything specific about my likings. Finally, she finished, I got up and looked in the mirror, my eyebrows were paper thin and uneven. I was super kind, still saying thank you, but I didn't like them. My friend went next, she messed hers up as well, they are also uneven. While my friend was getting hers done, I was looking at myself in the mirror and balling my eyes out. May seem dramatic, but I feel as if I have barely any eyebrow left. She saw how distraught I was, and didn't apologize or ask anything about if I was okay or if she could make me feel better about my experience, instead she told me it would be $16. When I explained to her I don't feel comfortable paying for this when I am extremely unsatisfied with my service, she began to tell me I chased her customers away and drew me a diagram on how she's "has to thread" eyebrows. I continued to tell her I'm sure she's great at her job, I'm not upset with her, and thank you for her work, she continued to be rude. I ended up walking out. I feel bad the other lady that works there has to deal with the poor service and rudeness of the employee I had today. read more

I normally have thick eyebrows and my usual shape was defined....I came out with one deformed and just a straight shot thin line and the other short and a completely different shape. I got a membership last year because Mona would give me an awesome shape. However, the past two time I've been there, I have received VERY poor service. My eyebrows were cut too thin and no defined shape! Highly upset with this place and will never go back!!!! This organization needs to be shut down! Do not get the membership!!! They do not stop the payments after the annual membership is over. It's a hassle getting your money back and the manager is unconfident and unreliable. I always purchase the six month unlimited brows package from them. I have been a customer of theirs for about 2 years, and have no complaints. I've read some of the other reviews here, and mistakes happen, but eyebrows grow back, thankfully. The one time I felt like they were plucking to much in the center, I mentioned it before the girl started. She didn't overpluck, and voila! - problem solved. I come here often, and I usually love my eyebrows when they get done, but this time, I was completely dissatisfied with their job. The girl who done my eyebrows really messed them up! I have natural shape to my eyebrows and really do not need much shaping, and she messed up my shape. One of my eyebrows looked like I had them raised up. That's how much of a difference my eyebrows looked. I'm afraid to go back in there. I have to fill in where she messed up and usually, when I get my eyebrows done, I don't need them filled in as I have thick, black eyebrows. So this time....my eyebrows were not on fleek but on eek. I'll give them a second chance but if they mess up the second time around, I will not return. I'll update this review once my eyebrows grow out again. read more

I went into miracle eyebrows and asked if they were busy, this was a completely innocent question. I was snapped at by the woman working and harassed by her client. Clearly this business doesn't believe in customer service or respect. Went in today to get my brows done. I had been in previously and she did a great job. I had someone new do it this time and she gave me two completely different eyebrows. One looks okay but the other is pencil thin (I have fairly thick brows) with no shape. Do not go here if you don't like thin brows. I'm hoping mine grow back soon as I'm embarrassed to go anywhere now without filling them in. Would recommend only if you know who to go to. read more

I have been coming here for 2 years but the service lately has been absolutely horrible. Not only did the lady who did my brows not wash her hands between customers, but she destroyed the shape of my eyebrows. I walked out today in tears because of how terrible they look. The employee who did this has made my brows uneven twice now and when I went back for a refund they were rude and did not give me my money back. I will never come back here. I had never done threading but wanted to try it out, called and made an appointment, left work early from FRANKFORT, drove up there to be told I couldn't be seen!! Had a walking boot on due to foot issues and lady at desk told me to walk to other side of the mall. So I left completely and found cookie at unique threading and she did amazing read more

I went to get my eyebrows done. They are naturally thin as I am growing them out. I was greeted(and I use this term loosely because I was barely acknowledged) by this rude black woman (idk her name) who tells me that the reason they charge $15 to thread is because there aren't a lot of places in Lexington that does eyebrow threading so they know they can get away with charging that much. I should've known to run then. Long story short, she ruined my eyebrows, she knew she ruined them and told me I didn't have to pay. So now I have two lopsided eyebrows read more

I was very specific about leaving the shape, and just asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I left there with crooked, thin brows. So upset with the job that was done. I would not go to this place, there are not very many places that thread in Lexington so this seems like one of the only options but you're better off waxing or plucking. read more

Have had repeated bad experiences with this place, from the staff not listening to my requests, to leaving little hairs in between and around the brows, to taking entirely too long...threading is definitely the best method for shaping brows but you're better off looking elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here for a couple months. It's been fine, but today the lady sirjna messed up my eyebrows. She took almost the entire side of my left eyebrow off completely. When I pointed it out to her she didn't apologize or admit she messed up she argued with me that she didn't do it, it was already like that. Then she had the audacity to charge me after she screwed my eyebrows up. I will NEVER come here again. Fatima at hairport is much nicer and had never screwed up, she's just hard to get an appointment with because she's so busy. This was just convenient for walk in. Never again. Don't go to that jerk. I've gone here to get my eyebrows done for close to two years now. I continue to go because I can't find anywhere closer or more convenient for eyebrow threading. However, having had my eyebrows threaded in places outside of Lexington before, if I had the option I would never come back here. Not one of the employees here is polite or courteous, and given the number of times I've been here I'm sure I've encountered all of them by now. They will snicker if you show any signs of pain; one of them snapped at me for getting a tissue before she started threading because my eyes sometimes tear up during the process. Once I had my upper lip hair threaded and didn't expect how painful it would be, so I asked the woman to stop at least three or four times and just got completely ignored. I've tried to ask them to provide more of an arch to my brow but each time I just get a blank look. As soon as I can find someone reliable who doesn't charge out the ___ for eyebrow threading in Lexington I'm ditching this place. Stay away if you at all have sensitive eyes or have a specific request for how you want your eyebrows to look, because it's obvious that the people here don't care. read more
