She listened to my concerns and was very professional and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about her, only because I had dealings with Customer Service for the same issue and they were not willing to listen and help me to correct the issue. Pavani listened, let me speak, and corrected my issue, she did not interrupt me as I was trying to explain what happened to my order and she resolved my issue.
