Located inside Lotto Market. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. The whole pick up took less than 5 minutes.

P.S. I noted that after the repair I could no longer use the microphone while in speakerphone mode…read more Effectively it was as if the mute button was used when using the speakerphone. This also prevented me from dictating to the phone (e.g., to speak to Siri or record messages). So a couple weeks later I returned to the store (the owner generally advises people to come early in the day for faster service). Went to lunch and on my return my phone was as good as new (all the previous scratches and dirt notwithstanding). (BTW, pisses me off that I can't just add this to my previous review.)

What is unreasonable: not letting me know the "repairs" would cost an additional $180 before they did them. About a week later, after doing nothing but cleaning the computer and replacing thermal paste, with no new parts or anything, they say the issue is fixed (computer was initially not turning on due to possible power button or motherboard/overheating issue) Without letting me know the total cost, or how much the "repairs" would cost in advance, the owner stated the total cost would be $270, including $90 for updated system, scan and test. And they asked for cash as the "card reader is having issues". I'll only be paying this with a credit card, so that I get some consumer protection if they don't honor the 60 day warranty. Invoice Below: Diagnostic $89.99 (paid). 1st tech unclog+thermal paste Went from dead to turning blue. Confirmed not power button. $89.99 2nd tech tried breakthrough password but then wiped it. Still turned blue. Updated bios+system, virus scan, ram scan/test. $89.99. $269.99total w/ $179.99balance. I fully expect this to have fixed nothing. Based on the other reviews I have read, I shouldn't have brought a computer to a phone repair shop but that was my mistake. Next time try out geek squad, where they will "fix" the same thing for $180. I must look like a sucker, but I plan on paying these guys and then leaving this review everywhere I can so that anyone else looking for a computer repair is warned off, even if as the owner said "no one even looks at Yelp reviews anyway" And for reference: this computer refurbished costs $136 on eBay. I wish they would've just bought one and given that to me instead.

I have been a Sprint customer since 1998, now that they have never with T-Mobile I came to this…read morestore to add a line. My Customer Service Rep , Derek T. was on point. He showed me the best options for what I needed and was persistent to make sure I got what I needed and my account was fixed. He has to call Sprint to get them to work some magic in the background and he struggled just like I have as a customer dealing with phone support. But he wouldn't give up and made sure everything was ready in my new device before leaving the store. He even have me options to save money on my monthly bill and switch over to T-Mobile officially from Sprint. I am meeting with him again in about a week to migrate over and save money. I will say after all these years he was the best rep I have ever dealt with in a phone store. The whole team there was nice and helpful, Betty and Kenny were the other reps and I watched their interactions with other customers and they were great. The store is adhering to a 1:1 ratio so three reps equaled 3 customers, but they moved efficiently. I will be coming back to this location and asking for my man Derek each time.

While I looked around at the screen protectors I also saw some lens protectors which reminded me of the ones I had in my workbag out in the car so I left to get them. As I came back into the store, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I informed the young lady I needed just needed a screen protector for my phone and she paused as she thought if they had them and quickly told me she would have to check in the back to see if they had them. I said ok and sat down to wait. After sitting for some time texting, I looked up and realized the young lady who greeted me and asked me to wait was speaking with a customer who had come in after me and then proceeded to help him. I got up and waited for a break in their conversation then asked if they had the screen protector in the back or not and she responded that they did and she needed to go it but that I was next. Hearing that I was next irratated me because I heard this phrase multiple times to other patrons who entered the store after me. I returned to my seat and a few seconds after and another patron came into the store and sat next to me. I started conversation and asked how they were doing and was informed about how upset they were because they received a broken phone the other day and was informed the store couldn't help them so they were supposed to return that day. They then asked me how I was doing and I informed them what happened with me and then decided I wasn't going to give them my money at that location and I got up and left out. It's crazy because I went to another location the next day and you'd never guess what happened. Check out my other review about the Glen Burnie location.
