Still unable to charge iPad Pro. The technician plugged in his charge port diagnostic device and showed it was normal. And had current draw. The iPad was able to charge using his cables and power blocks. No fee was charged for that service. Service was quick and friendly. I still got home and was unable to charge my iPad Pro with my existing blocks, but using one of the same cables it seems to charge when connected to my MacBook. So maybe it has something to do with software communication or the usb c controller

I went there again for him to fix it. He told me he's getting brand new screens and he'll change it so dropped it off to him to put on a brand new screen.
