I just can't say enough about Miguel and the incredible job he did installing our hardwood floors…read more He and his workers took the care and time to make the white oak floors we chose look AMAZING. Our house is a builder's grade home so he also had to take the time to level one of the floors (no easy task). He checked with us all through the project to make sure we liked what we were seeing and even better than that - he made some suggestions that made the end result turn out even better than we'd hoped! He suggested adding a mesquite wood border to our foyer to really make it look elegant and later, when we did the carpet, he suggested doing (what I believe he called) a French wrap of the stairs making those also look more elegant and finished. We are so lucky to have chosen Kings Flooring for our project - so much so that we are having them do more flooring for us next week. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

They also installed new baseboards and removed a small half wall for us. They took care of every single detail from start to finish. Jose was highly skilled, experienced & knowledgable with the flooring. It felt as though they treated this project as their own home. They were timely, communicative & very thorough with each step of the process. It's very rare a company would go above and beyond, which European Hardwood Flooring did. For example, we originally had a small piece of a baseboard missing prior to the project starting. Since we had extra baseboards, Jose asked and helped us fill in the gap as he was putting them back on (was not originally in scope). It just shows they care & have pride in their work. The hardwood looks so much better now, and we are so glad we went with European Hardwood Flooring for this project. I would highly recommend this company for hardwood flooring needs.

From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. I ended up needing to gut the kitchen due to the water damage, and I have been very impressed with Slav's responsiveness and his knowledge on the subject matter along the way. The best part is this is not my first kitchen renovation (previous one done decades ago in different city,) but Slav made the entire process rather smooth, it required me almost minimum efforts on only picking out the cabinets/color, counter top, tiles, some hardware for the cabinets/kitchen. The project was done on-time, his crew showed up when they said they would, and finished as what's been estimated/expected. I would not think twice next time if I have another renovation need!
