Florida Residents Please Read: I could not be more disappointed in the process from Breslow. A few…read moreweeks ago, I asked for a quote on a patio, kitchen, fireplace and pergola. The sales associate (will not mention a name) seemed great. Promised to send along a quote in 48 hours. Made me take pictures of my space, send specs, measure, etc. Two days went by and nothing. Week went by and nothing. Reached out two times. Nothing. Finally, heard from her on text saying that there was a family emergency and that the quote would be there at the end of the day. Three days later nothing. So, I sent one last text saying I would like the quote for a comparison with another company. A quote was sent. Looked like a copy and paste out of google images. The specs were not included, not the right size, and it was supposed to be two quotes with all the items requested. NOTHING. I called to ask why the quote was not correct. She didn't even know who I was and said she didn't get a chance to take the information I sent into account. She also mentioned that Breslow has been trying to get into the market in Florida for a month now. Her manager did call me afterwards and let me know that she dropped the ball. He did apologize and offered "to do whatever he could for me." When I asked him what that meant he said he didn't know and probably just meant starting from the beginning and taking over the account (couldn't do anything else). He confirmed that Breslow has been trying to get into the Florida market for 2 weeks. I have decided I will not be doing business with Breslow. I would certainly warn Florida residents to strongly consider going with someone who has done work in Florida.

Indeed, there was a quick and easy fix, and this company made it happen within 48 hours. My tenant was thrilled that her visiting mother would be able to enjoy the view from the window. Very friendly staff. While not everyone was able to help us with the HD window treatments specifically, they tried hard to answer our questions, and obviously felt bad that we were waiting around not being helped -- only because the Suzanne was occupied with another couple. Once we were helped, we got a price breakdown. There was definitely no upselling. She gave us affordable options, explained the different types of window treatments (the benefits of motorized ones to regular pull downs) and also price points of more expensive options. We left after making an appointment with the designer, who takes preliminary measurements and a more detailed price estimate. After that, Chris came for more exact measurements, then we waited until the product was made. Fast forward 8 weeks later (a large custom sized shade), Chris came back to install, and within 45 minutes of his arrival, it was all done -- we had our pull down black out shades. Very happy, blocks out a lot of light, and waking up in the morning is a lot less painful without the sun beaming straight into our eyes. Would recommend!
