Before we did that, we reached out to Rob Salerno to get his opinion, and determine if it was worth saving. He was confident he could get it cleaned, and got us on the schedule quickly. The owner, Morlu, was very professional and put padding on the corners of stairways and walls so they would not be damaged by the hoses. I was very impressed and extremely happy with how the carpets came out. They are 15 years old and were worn looking and stained in some areas, and now look brand new... what a difference! The carpets were cleaned with steam, so they were almost dry by the time he left, which was very convenient. The price was very reasonable. If you are unsure about cleaning your carpets, do it, they are dirtier than you think!
