Aline, from Best Choice, came out the same day and walked the house with me. We needed a deep clean in a fairly large home. She sent the right crew size, explained what they would be doing and what they would need. The three ladies showed up early and worked hard all day long. They cleaned all surfaces top to bottom, wall, woodwork, floors, windows. They were incredibly hard workers, and always smiling and pleasant. They efficiently moved from room to room working around us as we finished clearing rooms for them to clean. I am extremely happy with the service provided. We are asking ourselves why we didn't do this before. Well worth the money spent. I highly recommend Aline and her team.

I had to ask multiple times to make sure that all surfaces are wiped and always was told that if I don't like something I can look for another company. The cherry on the top was this New Year eve when I was notified that my regular time is not available and they can come at 8 am or at 2 pm - none of those slots worked because it is a holiday. I ended up without service and with the notice that they will not come again. I seriously tired of endless schedule adjustments and poor quality- glad I got a new team to work with.
