I highly recommend this business!…read more We had several couches and a chair cleaned by Izadora and her husband, and they did a fantastic job! They were so friendly and very professional, wearing booties over their shoes and getting right to work. They took such care to get the furniture back in shape - so much attention to detail. I also appreciated that they took the waste water with them instead of dumping it down our drain. And the furniture didn't need long to dry. All this for a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

You can tell something about a person or company by how they communicate. From the start, the communication from RIVC was prompt and very professional and left no doubt that I would want to hire them. Their prices were very competitive and reasonable. When they showed up, I knew from their appearance and demeanor that I would not be disappointed. I was not. Every step was explained to me. They were very thorough and detailed. That night I noticed a spot that I thought was missed. I immediately emailed them a pic and they came out the first thing the following day and took care of the issue. You will not be disappointed and want them to do your cleaning on a regular basis.

No question - they are the very best in rug and upholstery cleaning. Tons of experience. What impresses me the most is they genuinely want to do a good job. They want their customers to be satisfied. I just had a sofa cleaned. Greg came to look at it and said he wasn't sure he could get it cleaned. So, he asked if he could take a cushion to his shop to work it. He did that. Then came back again to be sure I was satisfied. Then he came back to do the entire sofa. Which came out PERFECT. Point is, he made 3 trips to my house to be sure I would be a satisfied customer. Absolutely, they are the best.

Greg was able to get us in Thursday afternoon. This was a move-in clean, and some of the carpets were a bit stained and had some mildew. Greg called me back promptly to schedule, and also called me on his way to our home to be sure we were there (we hadn't moved in yet). He was very fair, and gave me the best price (he charges by the square foot or by the hour, giving you the best rate). It took him about 2 hrs to clean three large bedrooms and walk-in closets. After cleaning, he brushed out the carpets. They look amazing and the house smells bright and clean! Greg also followed up several days later to be sure I was happy. I have a new carpet cleaner in town, and I am thrilled. Nu-Mode also cleans area rugs, and will pick them up or clean them in place depending on consultation. I highly recommend Greg and Nu-Mode!

Had unfortunately spilled a gallon of sweetened ice tea on carpeted stairs and called a few…read more companies without any call backs. After waiting a day for the callbacks that never happened, I found this company after reading about the clean green process and pictures of their work. The owner actually answered my call and scheduled an appointment for couple of days later. Got an email upon making the appointment and text reminder that morning that he was on his way. To say that Iyad knows this business is an understatement. Not only did we have him clean those stairs but had him do a wool runner that had wine stains from the past 15 years. That stair runner is actually very light gold color and it looks brand new again. The wool wasn't shrunk nor showed any uneven color afterwards. Was so impressed we had him clean long custom benches covered with a lightly colored Sunbrella fabric that had over a decades worth of body sweat and food stains including salad dressing oil. I had tried to clean it manually but wasn't very effective so I gave up years ago. It was embarrassing to have anyone sit there. We actually feared they were going need to be replaced. Again, everything came out and it looks brand new again. My asthma and eye sensitivities were not triggered which was proof that it was totally green process. No need to open windows or leave house during the application. Areas all completely completely dry within a day. Cost was $380 total. To replace all the items would have been $3,000 easily. Very cost effective vs removing and replacing both runners and bench cushions. Highly recommend this small locally owned company. My only regret was not taking before and after photos. Will be highly recommending this company to all my family, friends and neighbors. Thank you so much!
