It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. So I can highly recommend Sir Grout!

I questioned if he was using the same color grout, and he assured me it would dry to the same color. By now I had been without the shower for over a week. When it dried, it was clear it was the wrong color and the job looks bad and unprofessional. I told them but said I couldn't be without the shower any longer (it has to stay dry for three days before and after every visit!) I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Rubin is a master in disguise, a craftsman who literally has a magic wand to turn old into brand new! When I contacted him to discuss options to address my 20 year old dirty beige tile kitchen floor, he reassured me he could transform it. We were considering tearing up all the tile and spending thousands on a kitchen remodel, but he explained that he could bring it back to life, lighten it up so you won't recognize it! Wow, Did he deliver! The transformation was outstanding! He provided us with a new floor and saved us a lot of money. It was so easy to work with Rubin and the cost of his work was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you Rubin, for giving our outdated kitchen floor and backsplash a whole new modern look!
