(If you didn't know, the tapioca pearls are simmered in a simple syrup first before you add them to the tea.) The tea itself wasn't too sweet, which I found welcoming, but if you are looking for the highly sweetened condensed milk flavor of a standard Thai tea, you won't find that here. The traditional banh mi had a great flavor to it, but my only complaint is that it seemed light on the meat compared to what I'm used it. I would definitely come back and try some other tea flavors or even the Korean corn dogs. I was shocked to see them on the menu and didn't notice until it was too late.
