My hostess, Mary, was extremely attentive and provided good recommendations on the food and beverages. And regarding the whiskey - their selection was massive. Mary recommended a Texas bourban (Unbendt BiB) that was delicious. It was so good that I brought a bottle back to Chicago. She took our drink order as well as our dinner order. At approximately 7:05 I saw the bartender making our drinks and place them at the end of the bar. During this time I believe that our wait staff was preparing one of our food items while the second wait staff was serving some customers in her are or taking orders. At 7:12 I went to the end of the bar to get our drinks but there was no glass for the wine as the bartender poured it out in a small carafe. So I left them at the bar. Mat 7:15 our waitress came staff got a wind glass and poured the carafe of wine into the glass at the bar and then brought the drinks to us. Approximately 7:25 our meals arrived.
