09/13/2024 7:15pm I came to get a pedicure with my mom here and as soon as we walked, we could tell they were extremely busy. Maria, was insistent on discouraging us from getting our service. On top of not wanting to assist us, she was turning down other clients and was the only one to leave early from all the employees. Luckily, Mr. Bruce and Nathalie were able to attend to us! If I could give 0 starts I would. Went in and asked for a simple white set with an ace of spades and a simple French tip for my sister. Before starting I asked my nail tech if she could do such design and she was confident. Once we were finished I am distraught over what I was given. There's lumps/bumps all over them. Red fibers cured in the paint. Not the shape I had asked for and the spades look as if a 2yr old drew them... I was asked to pay $120 for this set and a basic French tip set.. if you want quality DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I walked into a packed nail shop and they still looked up and greeted me and my mom. They were friendly from start to end. They kept us updated on the wait which was very helpful. They have tons of nail color selections, and they have all matching colors (I do my fingers gel and my feet regular) so they had the exact match!! I liked the service they provided and I will be sending my mom here to continue getting her nails done with them. They also offered us bottled water which is a nice perk, and especially because they were so busy everyone there was moving quickly so no one had to wait too long. It's nice to see that! When I looked for a nail shop in Horizon they were the only nail shop opened on a Sunday! When I'm back home I'll keep coming to see them for sure. read more

Such a scam. The guy doing my nails cut me twice and I was still charged full price ($50 for a full set which was NOT worth it at all). Their prices state that it is $35, and once I went to pay she said it was $50 because I got a coffin shape which is ridiculous. Everyone was extremely rude from the minute I walked in and $50 for a full set with no designs or anything (just one color) is way too expensive. The quality isn't even that great also. If I could give this place a 0 I would simply based off of how rude they were. read more

Amazing service! She took her time, triple checked her every step, and was constantly fixing any tiny mistake so that they would look perfect! Price wasn't outrageous, $40 for a shaped gel acrylic set. Also for being 7 months pregnant the ventilation was great. read more

I've been going to a unik nails for 7 years. Tracy had always been very professional but over the years her attitude has changed for the worse. I went in for a new set and I always go with the same girl to get my nails done but today when I got to the salon Tracy(the owner) told me it was the girls day off and I said I could get my nails done with whoever I didn't mind since I know her and her husband Vince do a great job. She proceeded to tell me she didn't want to do my nails because she felt I didn't like her since I haven't gotten my nails done by her in a while and that she felt like I didn't like her work she told me "it's not that I don't like you I just feel like you never come with me and now that she's not here you do." when IVE BEEN GOING TO HER SALON FOR YEARSSSS even after they raised their prices I felt the price raise was worth it since I had never had a bad experience here. Who cares who does my nails either way the money I pay mostly goes to her since it is her business. To me this is as the most childish and unprofessional thing a BUSINESS OWNER can say. Being jealous of one of their own workers because she gets more clients than the business owner does, is very unprofessional. read more

Decided to get my nails done since this place is close to work. This was my first time at this location so I called earlier in the day and was told that no appointments were required. I walked in and the first thing that hit me was the smell. This place has VERY poor ventilation. The waiting area was half full so I asked how long the wait was, I was told 5 minutes. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I decided to wait. After the 5 minutes my head started pounding and my eyes began to water. I had to leave. I will not be returning. read more

Horrible horrible service!! I went in to get a new set, I asked for almond shape. I needed up waking out with ugly short nails that looked lumpy, fat and lifted nails.. it's partially my fault cuz i thought the guy knew what he was doing seeing as if he was doing my nails, well nope.. I paid $40 towards something I didn't want, I complained to the manager who turned out to be the guys wife, who I later found out they're the owners. I told her I'm a licensed cosmetologist and that these nails were not what I wanted she asked me what was wrong with them and I told her that I wanted almond shape and they weren't, then I showed her one of the nails was already coming off and there not filed correctly, I simply said they are ugly and would like to get them fixed by someone else she said that if I was a cosmetologist that o would be complaining cuz that's how nails look, the. Please do not go to this place! The staff was very nice to me and took care of me but there is only one person that was outright rude to me. I asked for a pedi and a shellac on my fingernails. As I got my pedi done realized that the woman cut them too short but I didn't say anything I just personally don't like them short but what was done was done and I left it as that. Then I got moved to the man that did my fingernails. I asked for square-round shape. Didn't come out as I usually liked but didn't complain and left it as is. So finally I go to pay and this other woman comes to charge me. I'm assuming she was the owner. She tells me how much she is gonna charge me. Then asks if I'm going to leave a tip. I said no. She asked why but in an offended way and I told her the truth that I did not like how it came out overall. She got mad and told me to never ever come back! That why did I even go there?!?! I told her it was my first time going there and wanted to try their services but not to worry that I wasn't going to come back anyway! I was shocked as how unprofessional she was with me!
