I found that the employees were very knowledgeable about the current trends. They had a great selection there and I love the fact that the bags have their own unique look versus other designers. I was able to find a handbag that I can use in my collection. Unfortunately it was not on sale like the other ones because it came from me section of the store that was labeled as retail purses meaning that it came from the Michael Kors retail store. However I was able to get it at a decent price. Overall I had a great experience in the store and I will highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

The lady at the…read morefront passing out coupons was the only helpful one there which is why I gave this more than one star. The young girl at the register had a terrible attitude. As we were checking out, she complained about everything she had to do. How she was "too tired", didn't feel like walking to get the manger when we requested to return something, complained about the phone ringing, etc. The manger himself was not wanting to help us either regarding out return. He told us that we "misunderstood" the other manager we had talked to on the phone weeks before (which we didn't). Overall, it just wasn't a good experience and I would have expected differently from a high-end store

Then when my doctor has to call them directly to find out why they were saying they didn't get it they said they could fill it the next day. they didn't order my med then tried to pretend that it was my doctors error. Save yourself some time and do not go here. They do not care about their clients and have no morals about lying to them. When I calmly point out that they lied to me and to my doctor. They admitted they lied and said it doesn't matter. They lied saying they didn't get the prescription from the doctor because they didn't want to explain that my insurance wanted to wait until closer me running out of my med. They also lied 3 times saying they would order my med and didn't. Which I found out later is because they don't make a lot of money from my med and it's expensive so a lot of pharmacies don't like ordering it in case the person doesn't fill the order and they get stuck with the expensive med. So basically money is way more important then people to them.
