Terrible customer service and Monograms overpriced and very poor quality. This is the only place through my job I can get embroidered uniforms and every time I go in the store they have at least five or six employees all standing at the back and talking. No one ever offers to help and when I asked they all just look at me With blank stares on their faces and no one moves to help. All of the embroidery and monograms have unraveled and they cost twice as much as any other monogram shop in town. I hate that I am forced to get my uniforms at this place. I would rather get in trouble at work and where the wrong thing then have to shop here again. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I recently started corresponding with them about 3 teams' worth of basketball jerseys. I already knew what I wanted and was very direct about the style, fonts, and colors that I needed, even providing a sample that I mocked up online. I was quoted a price by their sales rep which I then provided to our team parents so they could pay for their kids jerseys. After corresponding further, attempting to provide the final roster and pay for the order, I was requoted a different fee for the same design that I had originally requested. Additionally, I asked a follow-up question and I never received a response. This company just lost an $800 + order, and my business in the future. The customer service I reveived was atrocious. It's clear that they don't value their customers, or the business that could have come from this order. Luckily, I contacted TNT uniforms that same day, and was able to get the order placed that very afternoon and for a better price. Go to TNT instead and get the individual attention your order deserves. read more

I would not recommend anyone to use TC's Uniform monogram service. The company stitched my jacket incorrectly, and REFUSED to give me a replacement. To rectify the costly error, they cut my collar and sewed it down --to make my full credentials visible--(now I have a lab coat with NO collar). Wow, that's a nice look for a healthcare provider! When informed of my dissatisfaction, I was told that I could only get $8 back for a $58 mistake. To make matters worse, I purchased the lab coat from their company. This is the WORST customer service I've ever received! ZERO stars earned!! read more

TC's Uniforms do not have pride in their work. I had an item that I purchased from TC's Uniform monogramed for the counselor at my daughter's school and the first letter looked like an O instead of a D. I instantly discussed this issue with the staff at TC's Uniform. I was informed that because it was the fanci font that was how the D looks. There is no way I am going to give a gift with a D looking like an O to the counselor at my daughter's school and these letter represents her name. TC's Uniforms should have rectified this problem by providing a new bag and redoing the item but instead I had to purchase the same item in a different color and pay for another monogram in a different font. This is not a customer friendly business. I take pride in gifts that I give to staff at my daughter's school and there was no way I was giving this gift to anyone. TC's Uniforms staff should have had the same type of pride and not made a customer repurchase an item in a different color and pay for a monogram that was a dissatisfactory to a customer. read more
