There's not a stand alone Sephora in the area, so this is what ya get. I feel so sorry for the people who live in this area not having a large Sephora store. They have really great sales here. I like shopping here with my adult daughters. I've gotten clothes for them at really great prices. Of course, they are good at getting mommy to spend more than I initially intended! Haha Customer service here is awesome in all departments. Very friendly and helpful staff. A whole lot of that Mississippi charm! I also once had the battery changed on my Citizen watch in the jewelry department. The guy really knew what he was doing and did a great job. Checking out has always been a breeze.

I'm a very loyal customer. This one only gets 3 stars from me because of the customer service. Seeing as how Mississippi is known for its southern hospitality, I'm really surprised the employees here aren't more friendly. At home in Jacksonville, whenever I walk into a Bath & Body Works, I'm always greeted and asked if I need assistance by someone with a smile on their face. That doesn't happen here. The last time I was at this particular location, I had a question and had to go track someone down. She wasn't exactly rude; yet, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. There store wasn't busy either. Oh well, it's not like I need help all that often anyway, but it was off-putting enough that they got a star yanked away from then. If you're a Bath & Body Works addict like I am, you're sure to find what you need here.
