The people were great. They make sure you are sure you can handle the gun you are going to purchase. The classes are great and they take time with you on the shooting range to sure you can handle your gun. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a gun or take any of their classes. read more

Owner very rude looking for a rail for a gun just refused to go see if he had it in stock will never go back you can bet I will never get a gun fixed there are buy a 2500 puslar scope from them again go to vans in brandon never been treated like that at vans read more

As a woman I am always wary of going in gun shops. Even in the south we get mansplained at what is predominately a mans location. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I came in. They immediately spoke to me when I walked in. They listened to what I said before giving input and they did their very best to amend the situation I was in. They were busy but took the time to make me feel important and heard. I will definitely be returning. read more

I was in dire need of a new Sig and when I went here the employee was extremely disrespectful about money so I bought the guy and then another 2 grand worth of stuff. The old man with the dog grunted at me and didn't address me. Horrible place. Will not return read more

This place sucks to the extreme. The staff are either too old to see straight, cocky, have no firearms experience , and the TWO that do and treat me like a human are rarely there. Spent thousands here, buy at another place. Range sucks too. High schooler staff breathing down your neck while shooting. I don't need a supervisor kiddo, I know more than you do. read more

History

Established in 2019.

After graduating from Ole Miss, serving as a Marine Corps officer in Vietnam, and working as a business executive in New York, Jimmy Primos returned to his home state of Mississippi, joining his cousin Will to help him run Primos Hunting. Jimmy's love of hunting has taken him from Canada to South Africa and many points in between, but he always comes back to the familiar bayous and hardwood bottomland close to home. Besides his regular appearances on Outdoor Channel's Primos TRUTH about Hunting, Jimmy travels widely for outdoors shows and other industry events. He serves on the boards of the Archery Trade Association and the Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports. Jimmy also enjoys working with veterans and Wounded Warrior groups, as well as introducing young people to the sport that has meant so much to him.

I bought a hunting rifle from here and two days later it blew up in my face in the range. What did the owner say? Bad ammo. Yeah ok, oldhead. Refrain from visiting here for any reason staff is terrible plenty of other great ranges near by for better prices and nicer people! read more
