Paid for dry cleaning with military creases for a uniform shit. Creases were non Existent after…read moreexplaining what and why I needed the service and my time line I was assured it wouldn't be an issue. Problem was the shirts were not done correctly. Might as well just taken the shirts and done them myself wasn't offered anything to make it better no refund just I can send them back out and get them redone but it will be a couple days. That does not cut it when you need the uniform the next day as you explained six days prior. Not happy at all.

I was a gentleman and I was embarrassed in public, treated like a criminal and disrespected. This place won't get a penny more from me. 2 star, not 1 star given only because the buttons were replaced (after I asked, it wasn't offered).

I was seen immediately when I walked in despite it being mid-day on a Saturday. The tailor clearly knew what he was doing and was able to suggest solutions to help fix all of the issues I was worried about. I was very impressed by how quickly and expertly he made the necessary pins, marks, and suggestions. When I picked up the dress they had me try it to see whether more modifications were needed. It looked great, however a few dark marks had appeared on the dress since I dropped it off. To fix this, they got it dry cleaned within a few days. Overall it was a great experience!
