They are SO NICE: I was greeted by a man and woman when I entered, I said I had looked online to see what they had and wrote down the stock numbers of those I was interested in. You would have thought I was purchasing 1000 items by how helpful they were because they both jumped on it: he checked their computer, she went through the rack looking at each stock number. I found what I was looking for (only $23, but I still received the Rock Star treatment) and thanked them for their help with my small (but important) purchase. I love nice people at a great little business, and they have been here for 23 or 24 years. If you need uniforms, go in and see them (and from what the other reviews say, they will order what you need if they don't have it)!

On this recent trip I needed a light jacket since I did not realize the weather was going to be a bit too cool for my Florida blood. I happened to run across this location on my travels and decided to make a quick stop. Store layout is like most with everything sorted by type of product and gender so it made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. Since it isn't fall or winter yet the selection was a little lighter, but that was to be expected. Found what I wanted within 10 minutes, was able to test fit the jacket and was happy with it. The only thing I have to ding the retail store for is that they do not accept or honor online coupons or deals, which is not consumer friendly. If I wasn't prepped for time I would have purchased this online. Either way, I was happy with the experience. As a side note, if you need a potty break, no public restrooms here! But if you are in need of some tactical style gear or just something comfrotable that will last, this is a great place to shop.

They carry mainly large sizes in stock, with the Med R & Med Tall the onky two smaller sizes left. I was just disappointed with the absolute lack of effort on this lady's part. She had no idea what she had in the small shop. 50% of the stock is scrubs, but she didn't even bother to check to see if they carried any other item. Just looked around and shrugged. She barely even seemed present. Completely zoned out and leaning against a shelf. She did greet me as I came in, I'll give her that much.

I bought a pair of breach composite boots 6", overall has been a fantastic pair of boots, however…read morenow I've come to needing new tread, which are worn, and suddenly and completely separated from the boot, now the separation would be an easy enough repair, however with the tread being worn, it makes sense to replace that part, which would gain significant more usage on the boots, however when calling customer service, I was told I had to figure it out myself, so I additionally submitted for contact on their website, and have been ghosted so far. Which is sad because I've been a huge advocate of these boots over the years, and have worked at several hospitals throughout CO, and recommend them to police, fire, EMS, and security. Clearly they just want me to drop a couple hundred bucks on a new pair, when the fix for my current pair would be extremely cheap in comparison.

WORST customer service EVER…read more I ordered a pair of gloves from Blauer.com on 11/28/24. I received them around 12/7 but they were a size too small. I emailed them (the first time) on 12/7 to request an exchange for a size larger, to which they did not respond. I emailed them a second time on 12/16 and again, the third and final time, on 12/31. They did not respond to a SINGLE (politely worded) email I sent them. Finally, I called my bank and had them initiate a chargeback. NOW I got their attention and they finally replied to my emails. If a (first time) customer has to have their bank yank the money back from a merchant in order to get their attention, then said merchant DOES NOT deserve their business and they don't deserve yours either. But, it's your money so -- by all means -- feel free to take your chances with them; I wish you luck. That said, they have my lowest rating as I have NEVER been forced into a chargeback in order to get a merchant's attention. You've been warned.
