    New kitchen menu
    Becky K.

I've been coming to Unified and loving the beer and now I can review their food because they opened The Kitchen! The food trucks were nice but the kitchen is even better. I had an order of chips/salsa first. The salsa has large chunks and a nice smoky flavor. Not spicy/hot. Then I had the sweet pot taco and the chicken Al pastor taco, both are actually really good. The sweet pot taco is a large roasted piece of sweet potato on the bottom and then pine nuts etc on top. The pine nuts add a nice crunchy texture. The Al pastor was moist and had a great slaw on top. Both had great flavor, not dry, and the tortillas were nice as well. (FYI Single tortilla not double). The menu isn't huge - but it doesn't need be because what they have is good. They have come up with some interesting flavors, and there is something for everyone. They offer GF and can accommodate no cheese etc if needed. Now you can stay even longer!

    Beer flights

Finding breweries where we go is always at the top of my fiancé and I's list. It's great that they are still doing flights as a lot of breweries stopped doing so during covid. We each had a flight and were able to choose the four beers we'd like to try. We are IPA people and we loved each one that we tried. I love the acrylic holders they use for the flights. It also makes it easier to carry to your table. We opted to sit outside because it was daytime and they did have outside incase you got cold. They had signs on the table to let you know it had been sanitized. You can also purchase small snacks like pretzels and goldfish. They did have a food truck there for those who wanted a meal. We will be back here whenever we return to the area!

One of our favorites in the area and we frequent a lot of breweries. They do all different styles - sours, ipas etc and they are all very top notch! The atmosphere is nice, bartenders super friendly and they often times host awesome food trucks here as well. We wish we lived a little closer so we could come more often, but are always excited to visit

This brewery came highly recommended and I agree. Good tasting beers, friendly staff, and nice space. They often have food trucks, but you can also bring your own food. Unified is just over 1 year old. With what they're doing, I think they will have a long life! In terms of finding it, it's tucked back in an industrial park right off of the traffic circle.

I had the perfect opportunity to finally stop by for the first time last night: the taproom was literally on my way home, the Unified social media guru made a post about tapping a new keg of sour beer (a personal summer fave), so of course that influenced my driving route, *and* the new beer was a collab with SUNY SCCC's Craft Beer Brewing Program, so not only did my tastebuds benefit from sipping the new sour, but so did the fundraiser they held to support the brewing program, so it was a win-win all around. A trifecta, if you will. The taproom was bumpin', as a large group of die hard running/beer enthusiasts swarmed the grounds in need of some serious hydration on the heels of their evening jaunt. FWIW, this organized Clifton Park-based running group (there were t-shirts galore) might meet at Unified every Wednesday to get their run/drink on, in case you wanna get in on that. Beer drinking runners, unite! Regardless of the large crowd, there was plenty of room to spread out, or stretch, and with the soaring ceilings, open garage doors, and a refreshing breeze blowing through, you couldn't even smell the runners! (I kid). The vibe felt more like a relaxed Friday night then a hump day hideout, so the only downside was having to keep in mind that it was not, in fact, Friday. I loved the sour, but I'll absolutely be back for my very own pint of the stout, as my trusty sidekick finished the evening with this velvety smooth and delicious brew fit for a true queen (or king), and it tasted like dessert A word to the wise: if you're heading here for the first time, use your GPS! Without it, Unified is easy to miss: tucked away in an inconspicuous warehouse (plaza?) in a thicket of tall pine trees, it's hard to believe it's just steps from RT 9. Perfect for keeping these tasty beer recipes semi-confidential

I frequented this unsuspecting and pleasant back alley brewery on a Sunday afternoon. They have a large indoor sitting area that was spacious and clean as well as a cozy outdoor sitting area. I brought my dog with me and we were able to sit outside while I enjoyed an iPA. I look forward to visiting again!

This is such a special place. I am not a beer drinker but I don't think twice when someone wants to go here. It's kind of in a warehouse area so it is deceiving on the way in but just follow all the cars because that's where everyone is going! The beers are constantly being changed out and there are usually between 8-10 kinds on tap. A lot of people really like their sours. I personally love their stouts. They offer flights as well if you wanted to try a bunch. The owners are wonderful and it's like going to their home, they take such pride in the experience and environment. When it is nice out they open the garage doors. They often times have live music, all of which have been really good. It's defiantly all about the beer here but they do have great Saratoga chips out on the tables and you can order cheese/snack plates. The have food trucks there during special events and most weekends. Worth a trip!!

I Made it up there for my second time. I was extremely impressed by the attention given to the safety requirements (questions, ordering, seating). Thank you for that. The beer was great!!! Especially the cherry sour. Tara kitchen was onsite. Food was great and paired nicely with the beer. Grabbed a glass and some growlers so I can keep enjoying the beer at home. Thank you again.

After years of traveling to breweries all around the country I've finally found a place to satisfy all my beer needs. iPAs, Double IPAs, sours, Davison's, stouts. They have them all and they're all delicious. When you speak to the owners it's apparent why, they refuse to put out beer just because they spent money brewing it. If it's not amazing they're dumping it. The owners are awesome, the beer tenders are wonderful, the bathrooms are clean. We've been customers since their first day opening and haven't stopped going. We love everything about it.

Friendly service, free pretzels and Saratoga chips from the great Powers Pub. The beer was excellent. Try the flights so you can taste them all. Thumbs up!

And I thought this location did a great job giving other people samples to find the beer they wanted. Epic seating and yard space. My only "constructive" feedback (was the beer list was hard to read on the tv prompts at this location- it seemed like they were displaying other info and cocktails- never saw any beer- so when it was our turn, we jumped to the counter to read the beer list, and we inadvertently got skipped because their procedure is to wave on the person they are helping. This worked out fine for us, so no harm no foul, but i wish the draft list was displayed better on the day I was there. Parking was a nightmare. You had to stand in a long line. In the winter it was bone chllingly cold. In the summer, it was hot without any shade. And when you got to the front of the line, the limits of what you could buy were sometimes insultingly small. And if you got there late, you might not get anything at all. But you bought your maximum allotment for the day, and you were happy. Why? Because everything you bought was made and canned on that very day. Now, I know the TreeHouse folks say that their beers are good for weeks. And there is some truth to that. But their beers are astonishingly good on the day they are canned. Their hazy IPAs especially start fading within days. When the brewery expanded, you could buy more beer. But some of it was made earlier in the week. Maybe some the previous week. However, with the paper order slips folks could see the canned on date for the beers being offered. Now, in Saratoga Springs, that information is nowhere to be found. Most of the ordering is done online or via kiosk. And one of the four packs I bought had been canned the previous month. TreeHouse is always going to be crowded. Go to Saratoga Springs in the evening an hour before closing. Even on the day of the World Cup Finals, the place was pretty chill around 7:30pm. This is the way. All of that said, there is one big thing the Saratoga location is missing: the absolute glorious aroma of these hoppy monsters being brewed. In Charlton, when you walk in the door, it's like you step into a tropical fruit rain forest of terpines. In New York, TreeHouse Brewing smells like a new restaurant. That's not a bad thing per se, it's just different. This is an outpost. TreeHouse has done a reasonably good job at expanding their operation, and I suppose it's significantly better for them to be in control of their own product instead of handing it off to a distributor. So kudo's to them. Something is definitely gained. But those gains come with very real losses.
