    New kitchen menu
    Becky K.

I've been coming to Unified and loving the beer and now I can review their food because they opened The Kitchen! The food trucks were nice but the kitchen is even better. I had an order of chips/salsa first. The salsa has large chunks and a nice smoky flavor. Not spicy/hot. Then I had the sweet pot taco and the chicken Al pastor taco, both are actually really good. The sweet pot taco is a large roasted piece of sweet potato on the bottom and then pine nuts etc on top. The pine nuts add a nice crunchy texture. The Al pastor was moist and had a great slaw on top. Both had great flavor, not dry, and the tortillas were nice as well. (FYI Single tortilla not double). The menu isn't huge - but it doesn't need be because what they have is good. They have come up with some interesting flavors, and there is something for everyone. They offer GF and can accommodate no cheese etc if needed. Now you can stay even longer!

    Beer flights

Finding breweries where we go is always at the top of my fiancé and I's list. It's great that they are still doing flights as a lot of breweries stopped doing so during covid. We each had a flight and were able to choose the four beers we'd like to try. We are IPA people and we loved each one that we tried. I love the acrylic holders they use for the flights. It also makes it easier to carry to your table. We opted to sit outside because it was daytime and they did have outside incase you got cold. They had signs on the table to let you know it had been sanitized. You can also purchase small snacks like pretzels and goldfish. They did have a food truck there for those who wanted a meal. We will be back here whenever we return to the area!

One of our favorites in the area and we frequent a lot of breweries. They do all different styles - sours, ipas etc and they are all very top notch! The atmosphere is nice, bartenders super friendly and they often times host awesome food trucks here as well. We wish we lived a little closer so we could come more often, but are always excited to visit

This brewery came highly recommended and I agree. Good tasting beers, friendly staff, and nice space. They often have food trucks, but you can also bring your own food. Unified is just over 1 year old. With what they're doing, I think they will have a long life! In terms of finding it, it's tucked back in an industrial park right off of the traffic circle.

I had the perfect opportunity to finally stop by for the first time last night: the taproom was literally on my way home, the Unified social media guru made a post about tapping a new keg of sour beer (a personal summer fave), so of course that influenced my driving route, *and* the new beer was a collab with SUNY SCCC's Craft Beer Brewing Program, so not only did my tastebuds benefit from sipping the new sour, but so did the fundraiser they held to support the brewing program, so it was a win-win all around. A trifecta, if you will. The taproom was bumpin', as a large group of die hard running/beer enthusiasts swarmed the grounds in need of some serious hydration on the heels of their evening jaunt. FWIW, this organized Clifton Park-based running group (there were t-shirts galore) might meet at Unified every Wednesday to get their run/drink on, in case you wanna get in on that. Beer drinking runners, unite! Regardless of the large crowd, there was plenty of room to spread out, or stretch, and with the soaring ceilings, open garage doors, and a refreshing breeze blowing through, you couldn't even smell the runners! (I kid). The vibe felt more like a relaxed Friday night then a hump day hideout, so the only downside was having to keep in mind that it was not, in fact, Friday. I loved the sour, but I'll absolutely be back for my very own pint of the stout, as my trusty sidekick finished the evening with this velvety smooth and delicious brew fit for a true queen (or king), and it tasted like dessert A word to the wise: if you're heading here for the first time, use your GPS! Without it, Unified is easy to miss: tucked away in an inconspicuous warehouse (plaza?) in a thicket of tall pine trees, it's hard to believe it's just steps from RT 9. Perfect for keeping these tasty beer recipes semi-confidential

I frequented this unsuspecting and pleasant back alley brewery on a Sunday afternoon. They have a large indoor sitting area that was spacious and clean as well as a cozy outdoor sitting area. I brought my dog with me and we were able to sit outside while I enjoyed an iPA. I look forward to visiting again!

This is such a special place. I am not a beer drinker but I don't think twice when someone wants to go here. It's kind of in a warehouse area so it is deceiving on the way in but just follow all the cars because that's where everyone is going! The beers are constantly being changed out and there are usually between 8-10 kinds on tap. A lot of people really like their sours. I personally love their stouts. They offer flights as well if you wanted to try a bunch. The owners are wonderful and it's like going to their home, they take such pride in the experience and environment. When it is nice out they open the garage doors. They often times have live music, all of which have been really good. It's defiantly all about the beer here but they do have great Saratoga chips out on the tables and you can order cheese/snack plates. The have food trucks there during special events and most weekends. Worth a trip!!

I Made it up there for my second time. I was extremely impressed by the attention given to the safety requirements (questions, ordering, seating). Thank you for that. The beer was great!!! Especially the cherry sour. Tara kitchen was onsite. Food was great and paired nicely with the beer. Grabbed a glass and some growlers so I can keep enjoying the beer at home. Thank you again.

After years of traveling to breweries all around the country I've finally found a place to satisfy all my beer needs. iPAs, Double IPAs, sours, Davison's, stouts. They have them all and they're all delicious. When you speak to the owners it's apparent why, they refuse to put out beer just because they spent money brewing it. If it's not amazing they're dumping it. The owners are awesome, the beer tenders are wonderful, the bathrooms are clean. We've been customers since their first day opening and haven't stopped going. We love everything about it.

Friendly service, free pretzels and Saratoga chips from the great Powers Pub. The beer was excellent. Try the flights so you can taste them all. Thumbs up!

Very good beer and a good selection of styles including IPAs, NE IPAs, Pale Ale, Stout and a couple offerings of my new favorite, sours.

As soon as you enter, you can find big tables that look like a receptionist area with multiple beer taps, with big logo of the brewery. I read the beer list in their website and they have a very narrative description almost poetic for each beer. One beer that intrigued me was the coquito stout as it has chocolate, coffee, and coconut notes. The woman who helped me was super friendly with big smile. She let me taste a couple of beer because they don't offer beer flights. I sampled the coquito stout and I right away ordered it. It is sweet and chocolatey with subtle hints of coconut. It's like a dessert. Huge, classy, and upscale indoor seatings. It has the nuance of a ski lodge. Low and slightly reclined well-cushioned chairs. Very relaxing. For big groups, there are benches with long tables. To order beer to go, you can utilize the kiosks near the gift shop. Please be aware that you won't be able to order at the kiosks after 9:30 PM. Fortunately, the gentleman at the beer pick up counter was very helpful. We explained that it's our first time and came out of town. He went above and beyond to fulfill our orders. Besides beer, you can also take home some liquor that's are beautifully displayed in the store. There's a huge fire place in the middle of the building. It's self serve so you go inside order your drinks at one area and your "food" at another. My friend doesn't drink and asked for a Diet Pepsi all they had was seltzer or water the gentleman told me. I asked about a drink they served previously and he knew nothing about it. I have no problem with that but ask someone don't just shrug your shoulders. Another bartender told me it's not on the menu right now. My drink was a seltzer that tasted vaguely like a margarita and was good. The only food they have is garlic knots and pizza. If that's all you serve I would make sure it's the best damn pizza. It is not. It was edible but the crust was so soggy it had to be eaten with a fork. Margarita pizza had no tomatoes on it and very little cheese. My rule, every slice should have the three key ingredients. You can't buy slices only full pizzas so good luck if only two of you are there. My other problem is the service. No drink menus on tables or listed where tables are so everyone needs to go up to the front. It took a while to get drinks and then back in another line for pizza after I took a pic of the menu from the wall. They text you when it's ready. Maybe it's me but in a place with a lot of alcohol flowing I would expect more food offerings. Great place to sit outside try the seltzers and beers but maybe bring a few snacks in your pocket. For me it's a lot of running around to get stuff and not very relaxing. I will try again, maybe I got a new server who should have helped us more. I do need to say, first trip not impressed!

It's a seat yourself, order at the bar kind of place, which honestly worked perfectly and kept things moving without feeling rushed. We took full advantage of happy hour and ordered the BBQ chips with caramelized onion dip, Detroit pepperoni pizza, shrimp, three sliders, a side of fries, plus a beer and a margarita. And let me just say this was one of those orders where everything hits. The shrimp were perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The Detroit pizza had a standout crust that alone is worth coming back for. Even the fries held their own, which is saying something. The prices for happy hour are almost too good for how good the food is, and nothing felt like a "small plate" afterthought. Every dish came out hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. Even without traditional table service, the bartender was incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. We never once felt like we were missing anything. For food we got the Smash Burger and the Chicken Sandwich! Both which came with fries. We both rate the fries 10/10!! Battered, seasoned and crispy pretty much perfectly. The burger was delicious, although pretty messy (that's good or bad depending on opinion lol) The chicken sandwich had great flavor, but I thought could have used more sauce as it felt kind of dry. I give it a 7/10, it was good but I probably wouldn't order it again and try something else. But overall we were very pleased with our experience and we can't wait to go there again!
