I needed to purchase a replacement bundle after buying kinky straight hair from this store a few months ago. Because I was picking up my kids, I sent my mom to the store on my behalf. She was told that they do not sell kinky straight hair and that Yaki was the closest option. Trusting their guidance, she purchased it. Within one hour, when I received the product, it was clear that the texture would not blend at all. I immediately called the store to ask if I could exchange the hair or receive store credit. Despite being a repeat customer, they flat-out refused to work with me in any way. This situation was disappointing and completely avoidable. I placed an order on 11/25/2025 for a wig. My wig was lost in transit, and the delivery company advised me to contact UNICE for a refund or a replacement. UNICE ignored me for weeks and denied several disputes from my bank (after lying and saying that they delivered the package). They false advertise and send you what they want to send after taking your money. I left a review stating my experience, but they DELETE BAD REVIEWS!!!! Giving them a much higher FALSE rating. My stylist said she did not think it was human hair, IT WAS SO EASILY TANGLED . Several days later, the owner responded saying that they wanted to make it right and for me to send my receipt of purchase.They provided an email for me to send my receipt. I sent my bank statement with their name listed and the purchase highlighted. Their response to me was that all sales are final and that there was nothing they could do. I feel like their initial response was deceptive in an attempt to make customers reading my complaint think that they are compassionate, have good customer service and truly wanted to resolve the issue ( they know that hair was not right). The policy on the wig website says that the wig can be returned within 30 days with a full refund. There is no refund button on in the app. I texted to see how to start a refund and it doesn't work. I then emailed the company and they're asking me to send them details about the wig and I told them the hair texture did not meet my expectations and I am requesting A return slip so I can take it to the post office tomorrow and get my refund. I keep getting more letters and it seems probably from a robot or AI. I simply want the return form so I can return the wig and get my money back and I feel like I'm getting the runaround. BUYER BEWARE!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I stopped by this store a week ago to buy hair extensions for my daughter's Sweet 16. I asked the person behind the counter that I was looking for 26" curly honey blonde hair extensions for my daughter (which my daughter was standing next to me) The lady informed me that they did not have the color I was looking for and that they only had the dark color ( I will post picture) She did not even step from behind the counter but rudely pointed to where the dark hair was. At the time it did not bother me how unhelpful and unfriendly the two ladies were because I really needed to buy the extensions. I specifically asked one of the ladies working there if I would be able to dye the extensions to match my daughter's hair color and she said "yes!" Well, then I told her that I needed three bundles and she charged me for three! Come to find out she did not bother to check stock before she charged me and then informed me that she only had one. (Thank goodness she didn't have all three as I would be sh*t out of luck for more money!) She refunded me for the other two she didn't have and I left the store. When I went to my colorist to ask her to dye the hair extensions to my daughter's hair color she said she does not recommend dying dark hair extensions and making them lighter as it will definitely damage the extensions. I went back the store Unice today to inform them that what I bought was not going to work and that I was mis informed by the sales staff there. The two ladies that had assisted me the first time were there and they weren't happy to see me walk in and wanting to return what they miss lead and lied to me about. After explaining and stating my case as to why I needed to return and have my money credit to my account they informed me about the no returns or exchanges, final sale BS policy! After being there for a while one of the ladies called the "Manager" from the back room and she didn't even bother to explain to him the situation, but only told him "She needs to ask you a question and pointed at me!" WTF! What kind of customer service is this!!!! The manager reiterate the no return or exchanges all sales are final policy. Typically, I wouldn't have had a problem with their policy except for the mere fact that I was misinformed and lied to about my purchase. Great customer service would be for them to make me feel like they value my business and make me whole again! After getting no where with the manager I left "their" piece (hair extensions) at the counter and stated to them that I would be disputing the charge with my bank and walked out extremely upset!
