I over heard the cashier mention wigs can also be bought online, she could not do it for her, but they could definitely be bought online for more lengths and styles. The price points were decent. They weren't too high, but not low. The lowest I seen was like $111 I think for a bob. I don't normally buy wigs, so the pricing on them is unfamiliar to me. I never received the hair. Which I order back in June for my grandmother for her birthday. Which has already come and go. I will not be purchasing any more products from UNice hair. I have contacted the company to handle this matter only to be gaslighted that they did not give me the wrong tracking information making me believe it was never actually sent until I contacted UPS. I am extremely disappointed by this hair company. Initially, I bought a wig from them in 2024 and it wasn't good quality but I decided to try again, and I bought hair bundles in 2025 which was decent and so I decided maybe they have improved so I gave them a shot again in 2026 and bought a headband wig. OMG, was I disappointed?! First of all, The hair was not as described; it was shorter than 16 inches, too small for a normal head and the hair looked old and used. Very terrible. I unfortuantely, didnt open the hair until after three weeks of receiving it and when i finally did i was so sad. I requested a return for a refund, and they asked for multiple pictures as if I was lying about the quality fo the hair and finally they said I had to pay for the shipping back to the US from Canada. Why did I have to pay for a return in 2026?! That's not all, I paid for the return for like $40 CAD without complaint, sent them the tracking number via email only for them to ghost me for a whole week and 2 days from the date the hair had arrived. No response from their team, knowing that afterpay will be deducting subsequent payments. I had to contact my bank and Afterpay to intervene. Finally, they responded and said they will be paying me 90% of the original price I paid. Can you imagine?! For a hair that was not of quality, which I didn't use as well. I lost about 80 CAD for hair that I didnt even use or get, and I had to leave my hair unkempt throughout that period. I am done with this hair company. She was told that they do not sell kinky straight hair and that Yaki was the closest option. Trusting their guidance, she purchased it. Within one hour, when I received the product, it was clear that the texture would not blend at all. I immediately called the store to ask if I could exchange the hair or receive store credit. I then emailed the company and they're asking me to send them details about the wig and I told them the hair texture did not meet my expectations and I am requesting A return slip so I can take it to the post office tomorrow and get my refund. BUYER BEWARE!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I stopped by this store a week ago to buy hair extensions for my daughter's Sweet 16. I asked the person behind the counter that I was looking for 26" curly honey blonde hair extensions for my daughter (which my daughter was standing next to me) The lady informed me that they did not have the color I was looking for and that they only had the dark color ( I will post picture) She did not even step from behind the counter but rudely pointed to where the dark hair was. At the time it did not bother me how unhelpful and unfriendly the two ladies were because I really needed to buy the extensions. I specifically asked one of the ladies working there if I would be able to dye the extensions to match my daughter's hair color and she said "yes!" Well, then I told her that I needed three bundles and she charged me for three! Come to find out she did not bother to check stock before she charged me and then informed me that she only had one. (Thank goodness she didn't have all three as I would be sh*t out of luck for more money!) She refunded me for the other two she didn't have and I left the store. When I went to my colorist to ask her to dye the hair extensions to my daughter's hair color she said she does not recommend dying dark hair extensions and making them lighter as it will definitely damage the extensions. I went back the store Unice today to inform them that what I bought was not going to work and that I was mis informed by the sales staff there. The two ladies that had assisted me the first time were there and they weren't happy to see me walk in and wanting to return what they miss lead and lied to me about. After explaining and stating my case as to why I needed to return and have my money credit to my account they informed me about the no returns or exchanges, final sale BS policy! After being there for a while one of the ladies called the "Manager" from the back room and she didn't even bother to explain to him the situation, but only told him "She needs to ask you a question and pointed at me!" WTF! What kind of customer service is this!!!! The manager reiterate the no return or exchanges all sales are final policy. Typically, I wouldn't have had a problem with their policy except for the mere fact that I was misinformed and lied to about my purchase. Great customer service would be for them to make me feel like they value my business and make me whole again! Came in here to pick something up for a friend. The energy was off from the moment that I walked in. I was asked "What do you need & why are you here"... I was honestly shocked.
