I have never heard of changing the oil in a new car three times , one at 5400 miles , then at 6500 miles and again at 7800 miles when they use the top synthetic oil ! It makes no sense whatsoever . And their explanation of why they are doing this is NOT good enough nor explained very well. I did not a new car to stay in the service dept all the time . I think the service dept is making money when they should be telling the customer they do not Need that service at this time . I hope the General Manager of the place reads this review because you sure need to be honest with your customers , at this time , I would not buy another car from Flow in Statesville . 2/5 - Disappointing Communication and Long Delays…read more I ordered a set of wheels and tires from Rimzone on December 12th, and my order isn't scheduled to arrive until January 5th. While delays can happen--especially around the holidays--the lack of communication is what really makes this experience frustrating. Throughout the entire process, Rimzone never once took the initiative to provide updates. No proactive emails, no status check-ins, nothing. The only way to get information is to reach out to them directly, and even then, responses feel reactive rather than helpful. As a customer spending good money, I shouldn't have to chase basic order updates. What makes this even more disappointing is that after looking back through my old messages, I realized this exact same issue happened the last time I ordered from Rimzone. So unfortunately, this doesn't feel like a one-off holiday hiccup--it feels like a pattern. The products themselves may be fine, but customer service and communication matter, especially when you're waiting weeks for wheels and tires. At this point, I honestly recommend buying local or choosing another online retailer that values keeping customers informed. I really wanted to have a better experience this time around, but the repeated communication problems and long wait have made it hard to recommend Rimzone going forward.

All heavy-gauge steel and built to last 1,000 years (unlike what you can buy today) But the problem was I could fire it up and it would run for a few seconds and then stop. I was at a loss and kind of upset that I might have thrown away $300. I did a quick internet search and found these guys. They had a few favorable reviews so I thought I'd give them a shot to see if they could get this thing running. I talked to Matt. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was confident he could fix it and came and picked it up the next day. Matt called two days to give me an update on the repair. This was something he did not have to do and I was duly impressed he went out of his way to communicate with me. He said he was waiting on one more part to be delivered and it would be good to go. He explained what he had done to the tiller up to that point (Greek to me by the way) but he was very thorough and walked me through the entire process. He called a couple days later to tell me the tiller was up and running. He delivered it to me that afternoon. It fired up on the first pull and I had to do a couple test rows on my garden. WOW! It IS a beast! Worked great! Matt and Brandon are deserving of your business. They are knowledgeable, honest, fair and friendly. I know any and all small engine issues will be handled by these guys in the future. I love supporting local businesses and these guys rock. Thank you Matt!
