Mezzanine has an expansive menu of handcrafted delectable options. We wanted a taco bar for dinner from day one, and Mezzanine offered an elevated taco bar that was wedding appropriate, and allowed us to make customizations along the way. Booking almost 2 years in advance, we also knew their traditional menu options were perfect if we changed our minds for a plated dinner. Their pricing is also very fair and allowed us to stay within our budget while also having an impressive spread. They are flexible and easy to work with and when COVID downsized our venue and list to the backyard, they didn't miss a beat. On the day of, the appetizers and taco bar were all delicious and the guests all raved about the food! The bartender service was great and kept drinks going all night. Their staff was friendly and service was top notch - they brought our wedding food dreams to life! I highly recommend Mezzanine to anyone who is looking for catering (and if I ever have an event in the future, I'm calling them). Stop searching, Mezzanine has it all, and will take such good care of you!

Great Circle did not disappoint and treated us to simply amazing food and hospitality. The staff was extremely professional and almost invisible(in a good way) during the reception on September 1st at the Portsmouth Elks Club. We enjoyed a buffet with Braised Beef Short Ribs, Chicken Bellagio, Rice Pilaf, Seasonal Vegetables. For appetizers we enjoyed charcuterie platters.

The sirloin carving station was a real hit, particularly with their fig and wilted arugula accomplishments, and Chef Ned's bright and engaging personality made this event really stand out with a friendly greeting and engaging conversation for all, both young and old. The whole team was exceedingly friendly and engaged, not cool and aloof like some service staff can be. I'd particularly like to give a shout-out to Jen who not only guided us through all of the planning steps leading up to the big day, but also was kind enough to go to the store after her set up was done and pick up more ice for us for our self-furnished beverage station. White Apron worked with us for our welcome dinner and wedding celebration the following day and executed both perfectly. Friday night some guests arrived late and the White Apron were able to bring out the extra food for them. The bartenders were excellent and enthusiastic about our collection of speciality whiskeys that we can picked for the event. Victoria was SO amazing with all the planning, I can't count how many e-mails and calls we exchanged. She was always so prompt and helpful. White Apron was extremely accommodating to very specific dietary needs for my husband's family and some additional guests. One guest who is celiac said they never ate so well at any formal event- they were able to make modifications and the food was held to the same standard as the rest of the guests. We appreciated their help in menu selection process, their attention to detail and the kindness of all of their staff. They set up and broke down our hired items without me even noticing and packed leftovers away for us to take home (they were all eaten later that evening). It is hard to create and serve hot restaurant quality food to a large group with varying timelines, such as weddings, but The White Apron achieved it for us. All of our guests commented on the excellent service and on how much they enjoyed their dinner. Highly, highly recommend.
